Pregnenolone is a wonderful supplement that can help support the wellness especially of the aging population. L-theanine also has many positive contributions to offer you in your health and wellness endeavors. You can imagine my delight when I came across this advanced 4 oz liquid formula by Absonutrix. It has a ”cognitive support concentration” blend that is 220 mg collectively comprised of Lions Mane and Pregnenolone. There is no indication of how many of those mgs come from Pregnenolone and how many are from Lions Mane, which poses a problem for me, as Pregnenolone is considered a steroid hormone so I would say its pretty important to know how much you’re getting in each drop! The other blend in this supplement is 170mg of holy basil and L theanine. All of these ingredients have benefits and Im quite happy to see that Absonutrix created it and that it exists. I just wish I had a better idea of how many mgs I’m getting of each.

I take this every morning to start my day. Not too bad on the taste and does not have any aftertaste, which is great.
Bottle is a nice big size, so you simply get more for a great price.

Love this company, they include a compact grocery bag you can stuff into your purse so you don’t need a paper or plastic grocery bag at check out. Peppermint flavor, 300 servings per bottle per their recommended dosing, so a great value for your purchase. In water so no sugar or alcohol.Added bonus of L-theanine and holy basil lions mane mushrooms. Very concentrated so start with a few drops to see how you tolerate it. Then just add to your drinking water (I add vit c powder powder to keep my water fresh in the glass water bottle) They include a food assurance certificate, not sure what that is, but have been using Absonutrix for many years without any problems. I do keep most things like liquids in the refrigerator, or if they are high potency, I will get out another dropper bottle, mix 1/2 water and keep on the counter, while the main bottle stays in fridge, and you are not dipping into it everyday, so decreases risk of contamination.

This is good for relaxing. It doesn’t taste bad. I can have runaway train anxiety so some things like this can really help. Having something go under the tongue makes it work more quickly. It all came well packaged and seems like a good quality brand.

If you didn’t know anything about Pregnenolone but knew a little information about the ingredients you would understand that this supplement supports some great relaxation. I take mine after dinner in preparation for a good night’s sleep. However, I can see where someone who is a little on the nervous side would want to take it during the day!. Either way it seems to work very well for me. I get a good night’s rest and wake refreshed.
This liquid Pregnenolone has a very mild taste. I mix it with a litte water to get it down quickly. Absonutrix is a family business whose been in business for 10 years and whose products are USA made. The manufacturing facility is GMP compliant. The ingredients are 3rd party tested.
