I ordered Bromelain because it helps with digestive issues. This liquid form is much easier to swallow than capsules or pills. And this particular product comes from a GMP certified manufacturer and is third party tested for purity.
So far I have noticed that when I take this with meals I have almost no digestive issues so would call that a win, and I will continue with it.
