This stuff is like magic. My wrinkled dry hands look my age again. My skin looks better all over. I looked 45 before and am only about 30.
Through trial and error, I found about 1/2 tsp a day to work well for me mixed into water. It tastes chemically which is the only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars, but mixing in in a drink helps.

This liquid vitamin e can cause nephrotoxicity an euphemism for kidney damage. It also has the potential to cause esophageal perforations associated with polyethylene glycol . This same stuff is in mirlax. They used this stuff as a absorption enhancer. I decide to send it back after finding out that it’s in this. I bought because the absorption but I’m concerned about using it . I know it helps people because it has better absorption for people with malabsorption . I just want people to be aware of some side effects that potentially can cause harm especially in people who may already have kidney issues. Do your own research . I’m not trying to stop anyone from buying this product if you feel it has helped you and you don’t have any negative affects that’s great. I just wanted to point it out . A lot of people may not no.

Waited to review after using for 3 months for full health benefits.
Aqua-E Vitamin E liquid is what I used to take for years, then couldn’t find since no one was producing in larger size bottles. The reason I know it works well is the effect it has on my blood pressure, joint pain and skin.
When you start taking it, you take the dose listed on the bottle and it gradually builds up in your body to bring down blood pressure and help with skin issues, as I’m older my skin is thinner on parts of my body than it used to be and this helps from the inside.
As a nutritionist since 1980, the benefits of a true Vitamin E with Tocopherols (Vitamin D) is a huge benefit for your body overall. It gradually dilates the veins in a healthy way, allowing fatty buildup to break down and help with elasticity of the vein walls which become harder over time and age. It allows for better blood flow overall which tends to be reflected in diastolic and systolic pressure.
Since I have a minor heart issue, my Cardiologist asked if I was incorporating vitamin E into my diet as it helps with blood flow, blood pressure, and overall cardiac health and we’ve seen no change in my cardiac issues for over 27 years. **Most of that is proper diet and exercise, this helps like any other vitamin you may take.** Since not taking water soluble Vitamin E for a couple of years then finding the Aqua-E, my blood pressure had gone up a little but has come back down to a normal level, even during stress.
NOTE!!!: This is in no way a cure or way to manage blood pressure or other cardiac issues, talk to your doctor first before adding this to any additional vitamins you are taking.
All that aside, this is a great addition to my daily intake of dietary supplements and I highly recommend adding it if you have issues digesting capsule form of vitamin E.

My grandson was prescribed Aqua-E by his endocrinologist for Bylers Disease. This stuff has saved his life many times over. He has taken it for 6 years now. Unfortunately insurance doesn’t cover it so it is an expense that’s a little more than I’d like it to be but my grandson’s health is way more important than a few dollars. I have spoke with the manufacturer on several occasions and they are sweet as can be.

Diuretic? One of the ingredients serves as a laxative and it works as so. Be careful, you could be losing nutrients from this than gaining… other versions exist without this ingredient. Not sure why you had to use it here but you should put a warning on there so people know what they are getting. Who’s going to know this weird long named ingredient serves as a diuretic?
