Very good ingredients and no ill side effects or taste, but I didn’t notice any drastic change in my husbands blood sugar levels.

These blood sugar pills have bitter melon leaf, which improves the insulin production, aloe vera leaf, which reduces the A1c and holy basil leaf, which breaks down and removes glucose metabolically of course one has to take it for a while to see if it improves their individual condition, but with all of the good ingredients and everything, I’m gonna give it a try They are capsules which are easy to swallow and you would take for a day

This product has great ingredients, is made in the USA and in a GMP facility. I’ve took the whole bottle and didn’t notice much difference in my A1-c but you can’t really measure the difference after a month of taking it. You would need at least 3 month and it is only a 1 month supply. That being said I didn’t have any negative effects so trying it may be beneficial to you.
