Excellent, top of the line, multi collagen mix with added key nutrients. Made in the USA. With vitamin D and vitamin K being so critical in supporting human health this is a great addition for a mixed collagen supplement formula. Like the description says it’s the first I’ve heard of such a combination. But even without the addition of D and K, the ingredient components here, are impressive, with hyalronic acid, vitamin C and biotin being closely related to supporting hair, skin and nail health, these are great synergistic nutrients that naturally seem to go together, where the individual parts come together to make up more as a whole.
I also like the broad spectrum collagen aspect of this product, with all 5 types of collagen being utilized. I had been using just the type 1 and type 3 collagen and have had great results, but I like to change that up every so often and use a broad spectrum approach too. This product is a high quality product that’s made in the USA, which is a huge deal for me… and it wasn’t readily apparent this was made in the USA, I had to really look to find that out… it’s in one little corner of one product description picture, otherwise as of today, I don’t see this fact stated…. just because a product is made in a GMP complaint and an FDA inspected facility, no longer means it’s a USA made product… companies from across the world can now state this as a fact, thanks to some kind of partnership with the US FDA, or something of that sort… same goes for “designated small business” status… that does not mean a USA small business, it just means a small business, somewhere in the world…. so statement like where a supplement is made, need to be more forthcoming, like put in the headline, and in the written description, and in a product picture, and stated in the Product Details section towards the bottom of the page, it should be that easy to tell, because whenever it takes me this long to determine where a product is made, it usually means it’s not made in the USA, it can be very tricky. Great product.

I use collagen daily and have for at least 6 years so I have certain things I look for in my brands I order. One would be that there are multiple types of collagen added so this brand was off to a good start. When I opened the bag at first I was worried because my normal bags do not have any odors but this one does have a slight smell that is reminiscent of vitamins, so not awful, but I was worried it would add flavor to my coffee. I like to take my collagen in the mornings mixed into a cup of coffee so it needs to dissolve well in hot liquids and not add any flavors to my brew. I took a chance and thankfully this one does mix in well with my hot coffee and I couldn’t taste any flavors or off-putting odors once it was mixed into my coffee. It also mixes in well with my afternoon smoothies.

The GUI collagen powder is so much easier and more convenient to take instead of all those pills and capsules (6-12 g/day). Included is a ridiculously short, small scoop. I chose to use my own 10g scoop. The collagen powder may be unflavored but it’s not tasteless. It has a slightly yucky, salty, bone broth taste. With continued stirring, it eventually dissolves in a glass of water. I don’t care for the taste of the GUI Multi Collagen blend so I mix it into a glass of V8. If you’ve never taken collagen supplements, the first thing you’ll notice within a couple of weeks is how much better your skin looks.
I wish GUI listed the amounts of the ingredients in their Proprietary Blend so I can get an idea of how much of the different types of collagen (Type I, II, III, V, X) are in the powder. I contacted the seller through Amazon messaging requesting a detailed analysis and a copy of the Certificate of Analysis. Still waiting.

Comes in a smaller footprint eco-friendly package. Dissolves well for smoothies (haven’t tried it for other scenarios). Stomach seems to be taking to it fine and the ingredients seem sound in quality.
Nice bonus that includes other nutrients such as Biotin.

I usually use Collagen mixed with hot beverages or in something like yogurt, so I can’t confirm that it does as well in a cold liquid, but my experience has been it does dissolve quicker than the brand I use most often. The scoop that comes with it is also half the size of what I am familiar with, but the recommended dosage is 2 scoops, making it easier to measure a smaller dose if you choose to split it up or take less. There are additional supplement products in this powder, but I never comment on the usefulness or efficacy of supplements, so I encourage you to do your own research. I do not have concerns with this product and have not experienced any problems.
