Package arrive on time. The cleansing pads smell great but do not lather well. The internal bag does not reseal to keep the pads from drying out, but the outer bag does reseal which provides some protection from the cleansing pads from drying out. The pads are thin and I usually have to use 2-3 pads to throughly cleanse my face and neck. My face feels smooth, clean and refreshed and I have not experienced any adverse reactions.

I wish I could’ve taken a before picture. I’ve been using the product for exactly 7 days, twice a day, with leaving it on as a mask for 10-20 minute each time. I can see a dramatic change under my neck, where I used to shave before laser and around my mouth, as I suffered from melasma when I was younger and never was able to find the right product that healed my skin back to its natural color. I will be purchasing more.

Pads fold over & are slippery. U sure if face wasn’t wet enough just formed a light foam not overly suds on face. Face is smooth but skin tones still uneven after one use. Waiting to see if after a week of daily use it shows a difference

I think the pads are too thin. Very difficult to keep flat when washing face. But the product on the pad is great. Makes face look bright and clean.
