I really like this combination of supplements.
This is a nice liquid version which many prefer over capsules or gummies.

Review for Milivol 8 in1 Lions Mane Liquid: This product has a variety of helpful herbs used to deal with stress, known as adaptogens. When taken regularly, they can help with your response to stress. The herbs are mixed in water and the flavor is very mild. I can take a dose without needing something to wash it down with or I add it to my coffee and I can’t taste it. The dose is 1 ml and the container contains 60 doses. The cap has measuring marks to determine a 1 ml dose. The dosage of each herb is listed on the back of the bottle, picture included. Each dosage is listed as a 10:1 extract, such as “Lion’s Mane (Extract 10:1) 1500mg”. I find this dosing confusing and unclear since extracts are typically used to concentrate the active ingredient of a substance and then list the percentage of the resulting active ingredient. No active ingredient % are listed. I take other Lion’s Mane powdered supplements regularly and the volume of 1500mg of Lions Mane powder is much larger than the entire 1ml dose. I need more info about the extraction process here to not question the dosages listed.

This is an 8-in-1 quality Lion’s Mane liquid blend:
* Being non-GMO, vegan, and free of gluten and sugar makes it suitable for a wide range of dietary preferences and restrictions.
* I like that this comes in liquid form and has a recommended daily dosage of only one ML (taken straight or added to water), making it easy to incorporate into my daily routine.
* These are made in the India, produced in a GMP-certified facility, and third-party tested. (Though I prefer this made in the USA, the other criteria make me feel more confident about what I’m putting into my body.)
* The cost of $15.99 for 60 servings seems reasonable, though I would love to have this available on Subscribe and Save.
As a reviewer for products sold on Amazon, I don’t rate supplements on results or if they work since that depends on each individual’s experience and their ever-changing environmental circumstances. I rate only quality and value, the criteria I’m allowed to judge. If you’re interested in the possible therapeutic uses of this product, please do your own research on reputable medical websites and consult your healthcare provider.

This is a supplement that I thought would be great for my husband as he is having after effects from an injury. Some problems with memory were thought to benefit from the Lion’s Mane from what we found online. There are also no problems with stomach upset, but could actually help with his issues digesting. The ingredients are all natural and Non-GMO, which we try to always look for with products. Being a concentrated liquid, the drops will work easier for him than a lot of capsules…also, no problem swallowing horse pills like some others we bought. With the extra benefits, it did not come with an extra high cost…a 60 day supply for less than we usually pay for a 30 day supply. Overall, a bargain to be had for nutritional support! This 8 in 1 Lions mane is loaded with health benefits.
Starting with lions mane: The benefits are incredible – As we age, so does our brain function, studies have shown that lions mane mushrooms contain two compounds that can stimulate the growth of brain cells and animal studies have shown that lions mane can protect against Alzheimer’s disease. The studies have also shown that lions mane have also been beneficial in memory function. The list goes on as far as the benefits of lions mane.
I started researching this along with numerous other natural supplements to take as I age. As far as I am concerned, taking these is better than not taking them. Even if you don’t feel the effects of them right away or ever, if I know they are good for me and can prevent disease down the road, I’m taking it.
*Ashwagandha, another one I have been taking (separately) for a while now. This natural supplement has a wide variety of benefits including: Better sleep, reducing stress and anxiety by balancing levels of cortisol (the stress hormone) : It also may help with cognitive function. : It could improve athletic performance y increasing oxygen uptake as well as decrease fatigue.
*Magnesium, I take magnesium gummies every night before bed, there are so many different types of magnesium and they all play different rolls in our bodies. The two that I take are citrate and glycinate. I am not sure about the benefits of magnesium L-threonate which is in this product, so I can’t comment on that as I have not done any research as of yet.
*Green tea, this is one that I sip on with a little honey from time to time but have not incorporated this into my daily health routine, so it’s nice that it’s in this formula.
*Irish sea moss is one that I have looked into and have taken in the past, I bought it in jars that you had to scoop out and take a tablespoon a day, it tasted like seaweed, but I knew it was good for me. But haven’t continued it like I should have. It having to be refrigerated, I forgot about it often because it wasn’t by my other supplements, so again, having it in this product is another bonus.
The rest of the ingredients in this, I can’t comment on because I haven’t taken them or looked into them yet.
After seeing both of my parents health decline rapidly in their 70’s made me want better for myself and my husband now that we are in our 50’s. I started looking into natural medicines rather than pharmaceuticals, which in my personal opinion can do harm (depending on what it is) long term, which is why I want to avoid them at all costs. As of right now, I am not on any, and if I can keep it that way by taking natural (God’s medicine) supplements to avoid a rapid decline, like what I saw in my parents I will do it.
Although this product is made in India it is third party tested and non GMO. I usually look for products made in the USA but will trust certain others, and this is one of them.
I do recommend doing your own research to decide what is best for you and your needs. Also making sure that no natural supplement will interact with any medications you are already taking and talking to your doctor about it if you are on any medications.

As with many supplements, there was no discernible difference between taking it and not taking it. Given one of the claimed ingredients is supposed to help lower blood pressure, I thought there would be something measurable on that front–but nothing. No difference from baseline.
At least it doesn’t taste awful.
