This is mostly magnesium l-threonate, glycinate, and ashwagandha, all known to be effective sleep aids, and at effective dosages.
And I like this version: It is third-party tested and comes with few fillers, and it seems to do its job.
My only gripe is the unnecessary fairy-dusting with lion’s mane mushroom, l-theanine and other ingredients at dosages so long as to be ineffective. This practice serves to make for a more attractive product but is usually considered misleading.
In addition, there is what appears to be a very large dosage of B6 (100mg, where the recommended daily intake is just 1.3mg), as well as a full daily dose of vitamin D3.
Nevertheless, you came to this for the magnesium, and that’s just what you appear to get, so there is no reason not to recommend this product.
Just be sure to factor the added vitamins into your overall supplements regime.

when i say less, i mean less capsules to take, not the need for less ingredients! it’s my first time trying Magnesium L-Threonate, i’ve been experimenting with glycinate for my muscle relaxation. with Magnesium L-Threonate, it’s emphasized in this product that it will help with brain help and cognitive function as well. having glycinate included for my muscles makes me hopeful both will help me address multiple bodily functions!! added onto those is also ashwaganda and lion’s mane- two supplements i’ve only heard good things about. i think if anything i do wish i tried each of these separately to see which is benefitting me the most. but so far i have noticed it improving my focus and mood management. as much as i’d like to do the whole test of seeing which ingredient works best for me, it is nice to have all of the things in one capsule + have less to take + reaping the benefits overall.

This has ingredients I normally recommend at night like magnesium glycinate and L-theanine but it also has ingredients I typically recommend during the day like lions mane. See what works best for YOU. Serving size is 2 capsules. also take note that LOADS of supplements are adding ashwagandha so take that into consideration if you’re taking many things. Don’t want to go overboard on the ashwahandha.
