Ceylon cinnamon is the preferred type of cinnamon to take. Along with the cinnamon are apple cider vinegar, turmeric, ginger, ginseng and black pepper. I’ve read that apple cider vinegar provides great benefits, but I just can’t stand the taste of it. It’s nice that I can get it in this supplement.
This is a quality supplement with non-GMO ingredients. I’ve been taking it for a week now and feel fine. This is a 100-day supply, so there is plenty of time to evaluate it and feel any potential benefits.

I ALWAYS look for the following before consuming any products/supplements: 1) where is it actually manufactured – this one India w/USA formulated & controlled 2)3rd party testing & tracking? Yes, this one even provides the Batch # on the bottle 3)GMP – this is VERY BASIC requirement, Yes, this one has that as well. 4)a Real Business with a Real location that is traceable? Yes, this one provides that as well. Too many out there use “fronts” which are basically a fake address in the USA that anyone/anywhere can use to claim they are a US company. So far this one meets all my criteria & proof needed that it actually contains what they claim. Recommended company!!

This is a 6 in 1 supplement including 6 main ingredients: Ceylon cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, turmeric, ginger, panax ginseng & black pepper. They provide the benefits of lowering cholesterol, helping control blood sugar, reducing inflammation, and promoting digestive functions and immune health. The black pepper inside helps better absorption. Cinnamon usually contains coumarin, a chemical compound that can be harmful in large amounts. This supplement has Ceylon cinnamon, which contains much less coumarin than normal cinnamon, making it a safer option.
This is a vegan product and the facility is GMP certified.
One thing to note is that ginseng is not for everyone. So you need to consult a doctor (preferably Asian traditional medicine doctor) to see whether that’s suitable for you.
The flavor is not much and the capsules are easy to swallow.

All of the ingredients in these are spices and other things I use in cooking (except ginseng, which I don’t know much about.) I’ve read that the more spices, herbs and different plant products we eat, the better. I ordered these because I saw that they are made in a GMP certified plant. They claim to be “formulated” in the US, if that matters. The manufacturing place is in India, though, so we can’t be sure of maintenance of standards (cleanliness, lack of chemicals in growing the plants and production, and so on.) To the extent we can trust anything, I though maybe these would be okay. I actually plan to take the capsule apart and add the ingredients to my homemade muffin mix along with the usual spices like grated nutmeg. There are no odd odors from the bottle. The capsules are a little bit bigger than the average capsule, so not quite as easy to swallow. It would be so helpful if we had FDA review, but we don’t, so make you own judgment.
