Purchased because research shows it lowers bad estrogen & raises good. I’ve had estrogen receptor positive breast cancer. My doctor said sounds good but still in the testing phase. I figured what can it hurt. I refused hormone blockers. Quality of life is important to me. Everyone I know on them say it’s like permanent menopause

I started taking this after I had a DNA test done and then talked to a leading DNA specialist about my results. Evidently, I have some type of gene mutation that infers it is likely that my body doesn’t metabolize estrogen effectively. In other words, bad estrogens are probably not being turned into good estrogens, so I have increased likelihood of female tumors developing. This is the product that he recommended I take. He said one capsule was fine if not on birth control (HRT) but to take 2 capsules if I was on it. I asked him if I would ever realize any “affects” from taking it to let me know if it was working….he said probably not. So I just trust all he said and take it….never really knowing if it will truly work for me or not. Just hope it prevents me from any tumors in the future. Time shall tell huh?

I had been buying this product from the doctors office. It’s much more expensive there so I bought it from this seller on Amazon. I could tell the bottle I bought from the doctors office worked because my hair grew slower and I felt better. With this purchase I had no results at all. I felt like I bought bottles of sugar pills.

I am on chemotherapy and have been advised by my wholistic herbalist that this is the best DIM on the market and will regulate the estrogen that feeds the cancer cells. I am very happy with the price I got from Amazon and think it is the best deal available. I wish these pills were available in larger quantities, such as a bottle of 120 or 180 instead of just 60.

This is a great quality supplement that does what is advertised to do! It is designed by an MD who has performed research on it for years – primarily on it’s treatment against certain kinds of cancer. As it turns out it helps perimenopausal symptoms as well. It is not hormonally active but helps improve estrogen metabolism – lack of proper estrogen metabolism creates a number of issues in perimenopausal years. The best effect is the reduction in irritability and “brain fog”! This is effective, very safe and the most bioavailable on the market. This has been a life saver for me – highly recommend it

My personal trainer recommended that I get my Estrogen checked. What? At 60 yo I was benching 275 and squatting 365 ATG. Well I was paying him a lot of money, so the next time I went to my urologist to get a PSA test done, I asked for the test. She said, what do you want that for? And they won’t pay for it. I just want it, (And BCBS did pay). When it came back high (168) she said, I don’t understand that. I wouldn’t have admitted it if I were her, but I did my own research. What I found was, that while estrogen is considered a female hormone, men need some too, but it needs to be in a narrow band between 20 and 40 (I forgot the units). Below 20 in men causes osteoporosis and is bad for brain health. Over 40 causes heart disease and prostate cancer (both of which I have.
