I really love the red Ginseng. Call it placebo effect if you will buy I truly notice a difference in my energy level of I skip taking my red Ginseng. Also at first the flavor was kind of different with a sweet yet bitter aftertaste when I first started taking it. So I would eat 1/2 the packet and put the rest in my Irish breakfast tea for the first few months. But now I just take it straight up…I really like the flavor! Knowing also that it helps with immunity and increases blood flow as well as other health benefits makes me feel good knowing that I am doing something natural and proactive for my health. So glad I began using this red Ginseng for my health💞💞

It definitely helped with energy, it also made me feel like I was giving my body more nutrients that needed and had a lack of.
I kept my box in the refrigerator and it made it so much easier to drink, nice and cold it’s way better.
The taste is a challenging taste, for those of you that know what ginseng is like. It’s very strong.
I sometimes drank it by itself if I was at work or made it into a tea with honey if I was home and the ability to change it up a little made it easier to drink every day.
The only negative for me, it’s the acidity. Unfortunately, I already suffer from acid reflux and this product made it worst. Every time I drank it first thing in the morning for a boost of energy, I had to suffer the consequences of chest burning for a couple of hours.
That is the only reason why I wouldn’t buy the product again.
The product itself was amazing- I just need to find a less concentrated version that does the same.

I’m new to ginseng supplementation so I assume the taste being new to me has something to do with not liking it. It’s pretty bitter, almost molasses-y and a very strong taste. Not sweet, not really earthy, it’s difficult to describe. The quality is good, packaging is good, works well as a supplement. If you’re not used to the taste it might be a little struggle to use.

Okay, I’d just like to say, this is Red Ginseng. The people that are complaining about the taste obviously didn’t know what PURE Red Ginseng tasted like before purchasing. This isn’t going to taste the best and no one should expect it to. That being said, this is rather easy to get out if you knead it in your hand for a second to warm it up before taking it or adding it to a warm drink. Additionally, there isn’t that much in the packaging so it’s not as if you have to suffer through multiple mouthfuls. Just rinse your mouth out with water after and chew gum or brush your teeth.
I just got it, so I can’t comment on how well it works but I will update if I notice a difference. I gave 5 stars for now because I have high expectations and I will subtract stars once I can judge it fairly after a few weeks.

So I’ve had this for a while now, and I have to say I like it a lot. I definitely can tell a difference in how much energy I have when I take it compared to when I don’t take it. The last few days I stopped taking it to see if I’d feel any different and I’ve been feeling the same tired sluggishness that I felt before I started this. I have also been sleeping a lot better with this. Does it taste bad? Definitely, but it’s not something I expect to taste good. The taste doesn’t much matter to me, what matters is whether it works or not, and so far it has worked a lot better than I expected. It only has 7mg of Ginsenoside compared to the more expensive version that has 11mg, but I can easily work around that. I usually take one full tube and then split a second one with my roommate which would be equivalent to how much is in the version that’s over a hundred dollars. (I didn’t do the math, so I don’t know whether this is still cheaper than the more expensive version if you take another extra half a tube a day, but I mostly did it just to test it.) Even without the other half a tube it still works well, it just seems to last a bit longer if I take another half.

I like to drink it, then take a sip of hot lemon tea.
It has a strong taste.
