Honestly haven’t really seen any benefits yet but I can’t necessarily knock it yet? Been interested in acetyl l-carnitine after hearing about it a lot online for muscles/energy/weight loss/etc, serious body changes! Unfortunately can’t say I’ve seen anything yet but I don’t use the most regularly. It is easy enough to take though, I prefer 1 pill servings.
I’ve also heard it may be more effective in powder form?
A bit wary about the safety of it because it’s not a brand I know

Amino acids are really needed if you are lifting weights and working out while trying to not gain weight required to eat the necessary nutrients that contain these macros and BCAAs. I just supplement as I know on my keto diet I am not hitting all the macros

If it had R-Alpha Lipoic Acid it would be perfect! R-Alpha Lipoic Acid is the naturally occurring form and is more potent and better absorbed by the body compared to the artificial Lab made S-Alpha Lipoic Acid.
