These creatine gummies from Smiletech are an easy way to get 5 gram doses of creatine. The gummies are soft and easy to chew with a blueberry flavoring that isn’t amazing, but not terrible. The bottle arrived with a n intact safety seal and I like they are produced in a cGMP certified facility. These are expensive when compared to poweders, but I do find them more enjoyable.

These aren’t too sweet and were easy to chew. They look like blue squares. The Serving size says 30 but there are 120 gummies and 4 gummies per serving. The recommendation is 2 gummies per day. The instructions were clear with good size font. The Jar is good quality and the seal was secure. This jar is not child proof.
