I use this saline solution daily to gently remove eye crust from my baby. I also plan to use it for cleaning his nose when he catches a cold.

Bought these for wound care of our pets, and it’s extremely useful. One saline ampoule per wash, dry, then apply ointment or medication. Large wound washes were inefficient, and carry a potential for contamination having to use tissues or washcloths to dry. Don’t touch the tip to the wound or your skin, and wear nitrile or vinyl gloves to keep your own microbiology contained, and these help cut down the risk of infection.

These saline ampules really help make nebulizing easier. It is important to know that if you are nebulizing meds or other therapeutics into your lungs, YOU MUST USE STERILE SALINE. DO NOT USE TAP WATER’ even purified water or distilled water will irritate and can aggravate the condition of asthmatic patients and provoke bronchoconstriction. The tissues of the lungs need saline only to carry meds or therapies. God bless you all and guide you to good health.
