Didn’t suppress my appetite.
I could understand why I wasn’t losing weight like I used to on Atkins. Contains Glucose, Pectin etc. Read ingredient list carefully. Contains 6 Carbs per serving!! 3 x a day = 18 carbs ( on the 20 carb plan it only gives you 2 carbs to eat!)

I haven’t lost any weight but I’ve already lost 60lbs before starting this. It’s great for energy, which I was surprised since not much does. It’s also a great appetite suppressant. My only complaint is the cost. Since I prefer to take two twice daily, the bottle only last couple weeks. Im confused on the “keto” thing, is it an ingredient or a process, but my next ones I choose will be keto so see if I get weight loss. With my age, I know things slow down so as the weather gets nicer, I’ll be stepping up my activities.

I REALLY wanted these gummies to be helpful to me. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I used up the three bottles and lost no weight during that period. Such a letdown.
