I have recently found out that my wrist is destroyed from 25 years of being a mechanic and lifting weights. I started taking these about 4 months ago with no expectations. I recently ran out because I skipped an order thinking I had enough to last till the next order. I have noticed considerable difference in how my wrist feels in normal everyday activities since I’ve been out. It is a little pricey, but I think it is worth it and wish this was out a decade or two sooner

From an ingredient standpoint, this supplement has approximately 95% of the same ingredients my preferred joint supplement contains. Given how well my preferred joint supplement works, I’m confident stating that this joint supplement has proven ingredients in it.
After finishing the entire bottle, I didn’t observe any increase in joint pain, or joint pain at all (as long as I take a quality joint support supplement, I don’t experience pain). So, based off that, I’m comfortable stating this supplement does work.
The pills are very large, so I’d suggest taking a does with at least 8 ounces of water.

Everyday is Blessing –
As someone who works out several times a week, my joints can sometimes take a beating. I figured it was time to start to put some extra effort into my joint health and have been trying to be more mindful of stretching, foam rolling, and have recently started supplementing with glucosamine and chondroitin. There are a ton of different supplements on the market for joints, but their potency is weak and likely not going to do much. That’s why I was really impressed when I read the label of this Joint Defender supplement from 5% Nutrition. Yes, the 8 capsule serving size is quite big, but you get 1500mg glucosamine, 1000mg chondroitin, 1000mg MSM, along with a blend of other beneficial nutrients. I’ve been taking it for a few weeks now and initially I didn’t notice much of a difference, but recently I have started to have less pain and clicking in my knees and better mobility. I plan on continuing to supplement with it to help keep my joints staying strong and healthy.

I have tried multiple products from this brand, and soon my skepticism turned to amusement.
So I didn’t hesitate to request this one as well ! While I am not a professional athlete nor train for any competitive sports, I work out intensely at least 5 times a week. A couple of years back, I was abit shocked that I kind of felt my knees while doing some HIIT workouts considering my rather young age! Since then, I’ve been taking multiple supplements to aid my workout including glucosamine, MSM, collagen, and etc. Since I knew the supplements I have gotten from this brand have been effective, I was happy to see this one showed up on my recommended page.
With all other supplements from this brand, I started with less than half of the recommended dosage because they (other ones I have tried ) worked too well haha. While I got this about 3 months ago, I just started taking this last week because I had lots left on my other supplements. I liked that this has Glucosamine, Turmeric, MSM, Collagen, and Hyaluronic Acid, all of which I have been taking.
It’s so much easier to take one than taking them all separately obviously.
Not sure if it could have side effects or not, but I would recommend you take half of the suggested doses when you first try out this brand because they are quite effective even then, at least that has been my experience. I will update my review if there is something worth mentioning once I am finished with the whole bottle.

You have to take so many. Honestly couldn’t stomach having to take 8 pills all the time. So I stopped.using it! So if you only want to take about 2 pills… this isn’t for you!

This product seems to have a good combination of supplements that support cartilage / joint health and combat inflammation all in one. I like that it is made in the USA and is 3rd party tested.
In my studying of supplements, I have read that one should have 3 times the amount of glucosamine to chondroitin, which this product has. I have also read that for turmeric to have better absorption that black pepper should be included with it, which this product has. The other supplements included in this product are also suppose to support cartilage health and to decrease inflammation in the body.
I have been using this product daily for almost 2 months now. However, I have not been taking it quite as the serving size suggests. I have been taking 4 capsules a day. This product calls for 8 capsules a day. That is a lot of capsules to take each day. It is suggested to take 4 in the morning and 4 in the evening. The bottle contains 200 capsules or 25 servings per bottle at the suggested serving size. At $37.04 a bottle that works out to be $1.48 per day. If I was made of money, I would definitely be taking these as suggested, however, I’m not and that adds up quickly and is expensive. With that being said though, I have noticed a decrease in my thumb arthritis inflammation. I am still having pain but, overall, I have seen an improvement. I am taking less ibuprofen for the pain and inflammation too. If you have the money and can afford to buy this supplement, I would suggest giving it a try.
In some respects it is a low price to pay to help decrease pain but with the economy the way it is today, it hurts the wallet book. Catch 22. I will be buying it again but will have to take a reduced dose so that they will last longer.
