DIM is sometimes derived from broccoli and these capsules certainly have the faint smell of broccoli. So that’s probably a good sign.
I’m taking these as a aromatase inhibitor along with saw palmetto. I find that most supplements are the same quality so I just go with the best priced option. Of course that changes if other Ingredients are included in the capsule.
I typically take supplements with single ingredients so I can control the dosage.
Overall it’s a good product.

I’m post-menopausal so I think taking DIM is a good way to help me regulate whatever estrogen I have left. Besides, it comes from broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables that have anti-cancer properties. These capsules are easy to swallow and give no aftertaste. The other ingredients, calcium and black pepper, help with absorption. In any case, these capsules have a huge dose, 325 mg, which is higher than some of the other supplements I have. Use: Since this is a supplement and individual anatomy is different I can’t speak to the effectiveness of this product or how it may benefit you. However, in comparison to other DIM supplements I find this one on par with some unique attributes. The product is contained in capsules that are easy to swallow and does not have any noticeable flavor. I did not notice any negative side effects when using the product and believe it does what the seller indicates in their advertisement. If you currently use a DIM supplement and are looking for a change related to taste or pill form this may be a good alternative to try.

I’ve been using DIM for a couple years, as one of me meds messes with my hormones. DIM has helped improve my mood and my skin- and has been especially great for reducing hormonal acne. These are easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste, and they don’t irritate my stomach. I’m very happy with them!

DIM is a great product. It helps adjust the hormone estrogen and supports healthy estrogen levels, lowering the risk of certain cancers and diseases like lupus that are linked to estrogen. Studies have found that DIM increases lipolysis (fat burning). This means it may be associated with weight loss and healthy weight management. So, DIM could help when it comes to shedding a few pounds! Great product.

Almost a decade ago I discovered DIM when I was diagnosed with fibroids. I read a blogpost about a gal who had shrunk her fibroids enough that she was no longer bleeding all the time (imagine having your period every day of the month, cause that’s what it’s like having fibroids!) with the help of DIM & eating a healthier diet where she reduced eating foods that naturally increase your estrogen. I tried doing the same thing & it worked for me as well. And now whenever I start bleeding again, I immediately reach for my bottle of DIM. Within a day or two, the bleeding stops. I also try to cut back on things like dairy, alcohol, red meat, & other stuff that will increase estrogen levels in the body, but sometimes I’m traveling and it’s hard to eat healthy, which is why the DIM alone can help too.
DIM is full of cruciferous vegetables, which is something I never eat. I’d have to eat pounds and pounds of those broccoli & cauliflower in order to get the same benefits as 2 pills of Nutrition Core DIM, and even if you like cruciferous vegetables, you still wouldn’t be able to eat enough of them to get these health benefits through foods.
The only thing I don’t like is that you have to take 2-pills to get one serving of DIM. I personally prefer getting the same amount in 1 pill, but I suppose we can’t have everything we want. So 60 capsules is a 30-day supply, not a 60-day supply. I like that they are in capsule format (prefer capsules to tablets any day), they have no taste (neutral taste) and they are easy to swallow.
although I’ve been taking DIM for almost a decade, until I got this particular brand, I didn’t know that DIM is also good for increasing metabolism, increasing energy, and MUSCLE GROWTH. Being a weight lifter this is good to know. Because the previous brand I was taking was so expensive, I was only taking DIM on days that I was bleeding, but now that I’ve found this brand which is actually affordable, I plan to take them daily for the other extra benefits!

I took these supplements on top of a clean diet and daily workouts. Didn’t even a difference in man boobs. I did pushups and anyone other chest workout I could do and I didn’t noticed a difference. I am going to buy the pushup board that you can adjust to do different kids of pushups to target different muscle groups. All together this was a waste. With the 3 bad reviews out of a lot of stuff we buy on Amazon isn’t bad but at the same time I wasted my money on products and merchandise that didn’t work. Please give me store credit so I can purchase a few other supplements I have seen reviews that I want to try. I only give honest reviews. Not a paid actor just a real Mexican who doesn’t care if he upsets these companies

I like DIM, and I’ve taken it for years, but I don’t consider it so critical as a supplement and really only if you’re working out a lot. As you probably know, it’s alleged to help prevent conversion of testosterone to estrogen and DHT. The effects are not something you’re going to notice right away but over time.
This particular brand seems legit, but it also includes other ingredients, calcium D-Glucarate and broccoli powder, which are neither pros nor cons, but I like my supplements to stick to the recipe = DIM + BioPerine. Possibly, as a result, the price is like 4X more than other quality brands that I’ve used.
