This Creatine powder is working as it should. Added to plain ol’ H2O or to your favorite pre workout drink you can be sure you are getting the muscle and endurance benefits creatine provides.
It’s a powder and comes in a screw top container, with no clumps to be found. While on the pricier side of things for creatine, so far I’ve been very happy with it, and although it says 3rd party tested I would like to know where the creatine is from meaning USA produced or foreign.

This is a non-stimulant nootropic (no caffeine). Rather, the primary ingredients are different forms of choline (choline bitartrate and Alpha GPC). Alpha GPC is a more efficient form to cross the blood-brain barrier and enhance cognition. I have used choline for a number of years as a nootropic for focus, mental clarity. This product also includes another nootropic – Huperzine A, which assists in increasing acetylcholine. Huperzine A has also been touted as helping with age-related cognitive decline. I found this product to be effective during tasks requiring focus, and because of the lack of caffeine I have found it useful in the evening.

Well packed and included a silica gel packet to keep the contents dry. The scoop was under a lot of the powder so I had to fish around to get it out initially. Product dissolves quite easily in water and has minimal flavor. I could definitely drink this plain, although a little squirt of a water-flavoring is more enjoyable.

Creatine improves strength, increase lean muscle mass, and help the muscles recover more quickly during exercise. This muscular boost helps me achieve bursts of speed and energy, especially during short bouts of high-intensity activities such as weight lifting or sprinting.
I have been able to get very fast results mainly from creatine. I take 5mg every day for 12 weeks and break for 3 weeks. The creatine helps by increasing water weight around muscle and allows for more absorption nutrient like protein and amino acids.
Take creatine along with workout and a good diet with plenty of rest will most likely get you amazing results quicker than not.
If you’re working out or have any fitness goals you definitely need to get on creatine! This has a very high quality creatine ingredient and when taking creatine quality it the key to fast response.

It’s a great product that’s third party tested. It’s pure, high quality, and mixes well. It has a neutral flavor, and can be added in any liquid. I use it for workouts. It’s one of the few supplements proven to work. Creatine causes muscles to store more water, making them appear fuller and larger. It aids in formation of ATP providing more energy. This is a little expensive for 60 servings.

I immediately noticed strength, endurance gains within the first 5-7 days. I was able to lift bout 8-10 pounds more on each exercise and I would not get fatigued as quickly as Idid before taking this creatine. If you have trouble putting on mass or just want to get stronger this and whey protein is all you need and a good pre workout of course. It’s unflavored so you can add it to any beverage. I’m very happy with the results so far!

There are 2 routes to take with this supplement, take large doses for 4 days then fall back to a regular dosage, or just roll with the regular dosage from the start. I chose to just roll with the regular dosage from the start. That may take a little longer to see the results, but I believe I am now starting to get there.
This product doesn’t try to wow you with an alphabet soup of ingredients. You came for Creatine Monohydrate, and that’s what you get. I mix this in daily with my lunchtime smoothie, workout a couple hours later, then immediately followup with some recovery protein. That routine seem to work for me.
So far this product has been well tolerated by my system. I’ll continue on with it and see where it leads.

Creatine is every strength lifters best friend. You’re going to find a light white powder here. Easy to mix and tasteless. Mixed in great with pre-workout, bcaas , flavored waters, powerades, and some juices . If you’re going to take it, take it every day. This brand worked great for me. I’ve felt some delivery about 3 days in. Definitely noticed a difference on day five and six. I had picked up a few more reps and added weight on bench and dead lifts. I’m feeling amazing now. Servings are about to run out. Think I’ll be ordering me some more .
