These small energy drinks are clutch for long car drives. They are the best solution that can keep you from having to take bathroom breaks as often. They pack a punch with the amount of caffeine in them. I and my friend tried these in comparison to other flavors and brands we are used to. I prefer this flavor and my friend the others. With that being said, it is easy for me to recommend this product.

I am someone who relies heavily upon various supplements to assist with my overall health, well-being and fitness goals.
A lot of times I’m running on empty so an energy drink is usually my go to choice, but I don’t like drinking a whole one.
So when five hour energy started selling products I Started using them immediately.
I like the way they make me feel and there’s no hard crash afterwards.
I’ve tried different brands but when this sport version was released, I decided I would go ahead and give it a try.
And I’m very glad that I did.
Aside from the fact that it tastes much better than most any pre-workout, the effect that it gives me is slow and steady And lasts for quite a while.
It does not make me jittery, and it does not make me crash hard afterwards.
It’s the perfect size shot to take and if you think about the price of an energy drink then this price point is very fair for the amount of bottles you receive.
So if energy in a bottle of something that you need then look no further.

I work 50 hours a week at my job and dont always have time to make coffee before work. Not to mention, coffee just doesn’t give me the energy that it used to. If anything it just makes me even more tired because of sugar crash. These 5 hour energy’s pack a lot of punch. They are defiantly not for everybody as they are really strong with 200 mg of caffeine in one bottle. They taste good for an energy shot. I consume a ton of caffeine , and these do the job for me. I know that these are more for working out, but you can use them just for an energy boost like any other caffeine / Vitamin B12 Product. I recommend this to people who are not sensitive to caffeine. I will say that if energy drinks, shots, or pills make you jittery or “shaky”, then this will defiantly do that to you as well. Good product though.

These energy shots provide a superb burst of energy during strenuous exercise, endurance exercise in particular. I’ve been using them on my half day cycling trips and they provide about 3 hours of energy and a real pick me up that makes things like prolonged climbing much more manageable. The caffeine energy felt is about on part with a cup of light roast coffee, that is to say more than I get from an espresso shot, it does feel quite strong but I do not exerience any negative caffeine effects.

5-Hr. Energy Drink – When I saw the list of ingredients on this energy drink, I knew it would be very powerful and effective, so I decided to order some and give it a try. It has several good qualities and some minor problems.
First, the good qualities. It has a long list of very powerful ingredients that are sure to pump you up, not the least of which is a significant charge of caffeine for such a small bottle. There are several other known energy ingredients, too lengthy to discuss here (google them for more information). The taste was very intense, like POW!! You know you’re getting something! It’s a good thing that it comes in a small bottle. That intensity would be hard to take in a large can. It tastes good, but in small doses.
A small bottle is convenient to carry around in your gym bag or backpack also. It’s got a good tamper evident seal and a strong cap, so it’s probably safe to ruck it around. Refrigeration is not required. I also like the fact that it is made in the USA. I like to know where my food products come from. Some countries have a bad reputation for enforcing purity and sanitation regulations.
Now for the bad. I looked everywhere I could, on the bottle, on the case, on the web site. Nowhere could I find anything that addresses quality control. I would hope to find on a product that sells itself on the power of it’s ingredients some statement that gives the consumer some assurance that what’s on the label is really in the bottle. I like to see something like made in a certified GMP(good manufacturing practices) facility, tested by an independent third party lab, or something that provides confidence that you’re getting what you paid for. So I’m going to mark them down and only give them 4 stars.

I’ve seen 5 hour energy products around for a very long time and never once tried any of them. I generally avoid 250mg of caffeine any time other than right before a workout. But as this product is aimed directly at working out – I figured I’d tried it out.
My first usage was mid afternoon on a day I had slept poorly and felt run-down and tired. I drank half a bottle. I never got tired all day. I had expected to need a short nap but nope, never even got close to that level of tiredness.
I then tried a full bottle pre-workout and I honestly thought it wasn’t doing anything at all as I felt nothing. But at the gym I actually had a solid workout and had energy and even some extra focus.
The product appears to provide me with a very clean, non jittery energy that just keeps me going and allows me to work out a bit harder without really getting in the way if that makes any sense.
The flavor is OK. It’s kinda a tropical citrus chemically thing that is not too bad but not great either. It’s easy to take half a bottle, the full bottle starts getting a bit “meh” to swallow – but it isn’t too bad. Definitely nothing close to the enjoability of many pre workouts I’ve taken – but those were all powders and not shots like this.
Price is a bit high – flavor is meh – but the product works in a way I’ve never really felt before… so I am giving it 4* just for that.
