    I like the product itself but after 3 uses the pump stopped working. I opened realized there was no straw to pump the product. So I bought a new one and same thing. The packaging needs improvement

    I bought 4 for girls trip bags and only one would dispense the serum on with the ball roller, we had to open to use product. Do like the product, would be great if would work via roller.

    Overall, I love this company’s products. That being said, I was disappointed in this eye cream. The applicator roller doesn’t work because the plastic surrounding it is sharp. It cut my under eye.

    I’ve been pumping the eye cream and placing it gently on my eyes as a result. Now, however, the pump no longer works.

    The solution itself is moisturizing and feels soothing on my under eyes. Perhaps I received a defective one. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again.

    I’ve only used it for a few days. I love the feeling when putting it on.
    After using it for a couple of weeks I’m unable to pump out the cream. I’ve had to unscrew the cap to get any cream.
