So these appear to work, however the outer seal has some kind of manufacturing problem. The seal goes around the lid and under, but doesn’t connect with the rest of the plastic seal blow on the actual bottle. The inside seal was sealed though so I trust they are safe, but the manufacturing issue doesn’t inspire confidence.
Lastly, each of my gummies is “wet” feeling or maybe oily feeling is more accurate. They do have a nice taste.

I feel like I get a better night’s sleep on the nights when I’ve taken these gummies. I love that they are sugar free. The instructions caution you to chew the gummies thoroughly. I find that they stick a bit to my teeth when chewing them so it can be difficult to completely chew them as instructed.

I like to take natural supplements to help me sleep more soundly at night. I already take 12 mg’s of melatonin so these gummies were a nice complement. My husband and I both take them about 30 minutes to an hour before bed and they have helped us sleep better. They help me to relax and fall asleep sooner as well as to stay asleep longer. I also don’t feel any grogginess when I wake up.
I eally like the fact that these gummies are sugar free. I take a lot of supplements some of which are gummies and I don’t want the added sugar. They are still plenty flavorful though and I look forward to taking them at night.

Pros
– not sticky to touch like gummies can be
– perfect size
– cute bear shapes (not that it matters but it’s fun!)
– don’t make me sick or nauseous and I haven’t had to eat with food
– no sugar like others I’ve had!
– the flavor is not strong, it has a slight berry taste but pretty plain which is ideal (not too sweet and not bad tasting) so this is great!
– they do seem to help me sleep better
Cons: not really a con but they do NOT look like the image; mine are really ‘foggy’ looking not clear (see my images)

These sugar-free gummies have a perfect blend of natural ingredients to help aid in calming your mind throughout the day. The blueberry flavor gives the gummies a sweet taste that I really enjoy. They have a really soft, chewy texture thats also easy to consume. These gummies are reasonably priced for the amount of supplements you receive. This with a cup of hot tea is the perfect combo for a night of relaxation.

Just 2 gummies provides a lengthy list of nutrients believed to help a number of brain and mood functions, including serotonin levels.
You probably want to hear if it works, and unfortunately I’m not able to report any significant “feeling” at this time. I have a positive outlook and I think it’s well worth a try. Big pharma hasn’t done me any huge favors, so I’m looking forward to the more natural approach.
At the least, I’ll have a yummy treat to look forward to.
I think the price is a little steep. $0.50 each or $1.00 per day is on the higher end compared to some other brands.

This is a great product of diet supplements for benefits on neurological health. It composed of superfoods and vitamins that are well known with benefits on cognition and sleeping. For examples, 5HTP and GABA might help on anti-stress, calming and sleeping. Other agents like L-threonine, Mg Gycinate, and ashwangandha might help on maintaining healthy level of serotonin and melatonin to help sleeping, reduce anxiety and depression. The extra Omega-3-6-9, Vitamin D3, and B6 are also potentially neuron-protective. The gummies have a blueberry flavor that is delicious to take with meals.

These gummies use natural blueberry flavoring which I’m not a huge fan of but my wife enjoys. The coloring is from purple cabbage. These Gummies chew well with no sticking to the teeth and we use them as a sleep aid.
