A complex formulation that includes probiotics and prebiotics as well as herbal ingredients known for calming effects. The pill isn’t too big and easy to swallow. Two capsules is a daily dose so this comes with a two-month supply at a decent value. I’m glad the magnesium dosing is low as I tend to take magnesium separately at night for sleep. I appreciate this has no fillers, is made in the USA, and is vegan. No smell or taste and I started with a smaller dose given sensitivity to see how I respond to the probiotics.

In order to balance hormones and relieve hot flashes, estrogen levels are known to be increased by the ingredients in this blend of Vitex Berry, DIM (Diindolylmethane), Dong Quai, Red Clover, Wild Yam, Chasteberry, and Black Cohosh . While there are some wonderful probiotics included in this supplement plus a great choice of nutrients and several vitamins to boost energy, which I would love to take for potential overall health/energy support, I have discovered there are warnings I have seen in researching the main ingredients to make me hesitant. My Breast Cancer Doctor suggested even taking estrogen lowering pills instead.

These pills seem to work, then they seem not to work.
It took me a bit to figure out why. At first I really liked the pills. I was so excited about the product that I purchased two additional bottles. Then, I ran into the issue of inconsistency. Sometimes they seemed to make no difference. It wasn’t until I found several empty capsules in the bottle, that I noticed that the pack of the capsules is sometimes full, sometimes half-full or sometimes empty. The capsules are opaque, which is why this was not immediately apparent until the obviously empty ones led me to investigate.
It is my understanding that consistent dosage is pretty important for anything that treats hormonal issues, as fluctuation itself is the issue meant to be addressed.
I hope that they address the problem they are having with filling, as I it is a product I would like to use if it could be counted on to work reliably. It has the potential to be a very useful product if they can get this production issue sorted out.
