I like that these are a good combination of ingredients and are food sourced. The capsules are average size and easy to swallow with no aftertaste. I would change only a few of the amounts, be able to take them without a meal (I don’t eat three a day) and they would be sourced In the USA. All minor things and the best I have found overall. That they are lab tested makes me feel better about them being globally sourced for instance. As always make sure your health care professional gives you the okay first. I like them well enough I subscribed to them.

After a variety of research and discussions I chose this supplement as an alternative to a daily concoction of herbs and other ingredients. My results have been good and I have not experienced any side effects.
My only concern is there seems to be two facilities manufacturing this supplement because there are two distinct color differences on occasion. One is a vibrant orange color and the other is more tan.
My sleep quality was noticeably better, I recover faster, have better focus and there is no taste associated with this product.
