I received these pills at a discount in exchange for an honest review of my experience with them.
Initial Impressions: There’s nothing packaged with the pills that tells you what they do. All the packaging says is the ingredients, day/night, and how many to take. Not why. You really shouldn’t have to do major research to figure out what a pill even claims. But, these are modeled after the 4 Hour Body by Tim Ferriss. And I’ve been a big fan of his 4 Hour Work Week for the past year, so I’m willing to give it the benefit of a doubt.
These pills are designed to suppress appetite, and encourage fat burning. The evening pill seems to focus more on burning fat while you sleep. It’s not a cleanse, as many sets are.
You are meant to take these pills 6 days a week, 3 of the Daytime pills 15-30 minutes before a meal (unless you experience acid reflux, then you should take it a few bites into your meal), and 1 of the Night pills before bed. On the 7th day you will skip both morning and evening pills to prevent your body from getting used to the pills, so that you optimize your results.
This is a 26 pill-day supply, so around one month. They are relatively large pills, as most similar supplements are, so if you have trouble swallowing pills these might be something you want to skip.
The pills smell overwhelmingly like garlic, but there is no aftertaste. They do not burn going down, but after the morning pill, I could feel it working in my stomach, I don’t know how to describe that other than feeling like the temperature in my stomach was a bit higher than the rest of my body since a few of the ingredients burn fat by raising your body temperature. I did notice a decrease in appetite and ate smaller meals the days that I have taken this. I’ve also noticed my energy seeming to be more level throughout the day rather than as many sharp ups and downs as I was experiencing before taking them.

I ordered this product as I decided it was time to lose some weight, and I wanted to try something new that I hadn’t seen before. I’ve tried lots of things from the drug stores, walmart, and a plethora of other places that sell supplements, and this was something new. As someone else mentioned, the ingredients list is small and easy to understand, so I have a better idea of what I’m putting in my body. In the ingredients is Green Tea extract which I’ve heard every body rave about, which made me excited to try it.
I’ve only been taking it for a few days now, three of one supplement in the morning, and one from the other at night. The directions say to only take it six days in a row, and don’t take any on the seventh. My plan is to take it Monday-Saturday and not on Sunday, which is usually my day of relaxations. It does give me more energy which helps out at work, or if I’m out walking and exercising. I always make sure to take supplements with plenty of water, and usually a small amount of food. This was no different and it didn’t make me queasy much at all. I heard it rumbling around in there, but fortunately I did not get sick as I often do taking new supplements.
It’s too early to tell if it has made me lose weight, but I can definitely feel some of the effects it has. I will update my review at a later time with my weight loss results! As always, try to combine weight loss supplements with a balanced diet and plenty of exercise. My friends and I are getting in plenty of walking with Pokemon Go! I hope to shed some weight with this pretty easily!

I received these in return for a review. The ingredients are very healthy. Garlic is good for you for many different reasons. Green tea is helpful for giving you more energy, and generally making you feel good. I’ve never tried the other ingredients, but I’m hoping for the best. The price seems a bit high though

The product seemed to work well and is in line with 4HB dosage. I ended up going with the books recommendations for use but the bottle was a bit vague and said only to take 3 pills in the day and 1 pill in the evening. The book is more specific and suggests taking a dose (which i assume is 1 pill) 30 minutes before meals and then an evening dose directly before bed.

This stuff really works! I have lost 10 lbs of pure FAT in the last 2 weeks. I do exercise but I always exercise and it has made a huge difference in my metabolism burn. I’ve tried a number of different PAGG formulations (4HB and all) and all of them (except this one) were fine. This product REEKS of garlic to the extent that you could not possibly use these pills unless under immediate attack by vampires and – even then – you might think twice. I mean if you really really hate your coworkers, spouse, children, dog, people who pass you on the street, and people in the next zip code, sure, give it a whirl. Other than that, stay away. I actually tossed both bottles in the trash.
