I’m purchasing this product for the second time because I’m knocked out by how effective this combination is. There are products out there for ten times the price that can’t beat this well priced trio. The ingredients are natural and work perfectly.
I’m a senior citizen and my body isn’t doing its job as well as it used to. These products were easy on my digestive system and I feel great.
I’m not overweight but did have a few extra pounds that I’d like to lose. After 2 weeks I began to see my bathroom scale head downwards without changing my lifestyle at all. I’m not an over-eater and I don’t live on junk food but I’m never denying myself desserts or pizza.
I hope this is useful for folks on a budget that just can’t spend a fortune to feel better and be healthier. (Honestly, there’s no good reason to pay a fortune to get the same ingredients for a whole lot less.)

You may not see much of a difference in scale when taking it with moderate exercise but it WORKS! Mostly overall ive only done the cleanse because, the feeling i feel after is wonderful! Instead of doing 15 days in a row, ive broken it down to one pill twice a week on top of working out(doing abs + elliptical) and i see a HUGE difference in my belly fat, plus it helps keep me regular as im not normally. Great product. I use the cleanse more than the other two but they all work pretty well.
Update: I bought this in mid June, it’s now mid September. I didnt use this much last month because i was eating good. I still have so much left in all bottles, and the cleanse specifically still even has a lot left. This is because I didn’t do it much in august but also because i take one pill instead of 2. (I don’t RECOMMEND 2!)
This last week caused me to feel significantly bloated from eating bad so i decided to do the cleanse once again. Im still doin the water weight pill as well, which works but pretty much only if you are drinking water. The cleanse is still my favorite in this pack. As my BM’s are not typically normal, it’s worth the time having abdominal cramps because once it does it’s job, i feel incredibly lighter. Let me also just add: PLEASE DRINK WATER WITH THE CLEANSE. If you don’t you will get dehydrated and cramps will worsen. This is because you are mostly losing excess water, so you need to replenish the importance of whats being lost, you do NOT wanna be dehydrated on these. Happened to me once and was terrible.
Again, still doing sit ups which is helping with my belly fat. Im beginning to see abs. This just helps them become more noticeable. I wish the cleanse was sold alone tbh.

It’s only been 5 days and I’ve lost 6lbs. It’s 15 day cleanse but you have to break it up. Do it for 7 days then wait about a 1 1/2 to take the rest. I did have slight cramping the 1st day but it eventually went away.

This was the worst detox/diet experience I have ever had. 15 days of pain and pure misery. I started off at a BMI of 27.1 and after 15 days of careful, clean eating, plenty of water, and exercise I lost half a pound, $30, and all my hopes and respect for this line of supplements.
For 2 solid weeks, I never missed a dose. I counted calories between 1200 – 1400 a day, depending on my activity level, which is a healthy weight loss range for my height. I traded most meats for beans, legumes, and other protein sources. I drank a gallon of water daily and I rode 5 miles on my bike 6 days a week. Day 10 I looked in the mirror and I looked like I had gained 30 pounds I was so bloated. From day 9 on I constantly felt nauseous and had stomach pains – all day. Every day you think “Tomorrow has to be better”. But it’s not. It’s just as terrible, if not worse day by day.
Here I am day 16, not even a pound lighter notwithstanding all the pain and misery these supplements have put my body through this past fortnight. There wasn’t even a period of the placebo effect. I am exhausted, weak, sluggish, forgetful, grumpy, and mad at myself for falling for this product. I had a lot of hopes and had filled my cart up with their other supplements to purchase when I was done with this “detox” but – delete, delete, delete, delete. I will never purchase another product from this company. I’m worried about what damage I have done to myself by using this product for so long and how long it will take my system to recover. I’ve been trying, and successfully, losing weight for almost a year now so I can donate a kidney to a family member. Over the past couple of months I gained 10 lbs back. I got lazy with my eating and went to to some bad habits. To kick start my weight loss again I wanted to do a cleanse. This one is great. I did exactly as instructed and lost about 8 lbs, along with going back to my good eating habits. Very happy with the results and would recommend this product. Just make sure to follow the directions.

Okay so I’m usually skeptical about things like this but I’ve decided to be transparent for anyone wanting to try this and take one for the team.
Some pills are twice a day with meals ( I do breakfast and lunch) some are before bed. The before bed ones you can not eat 2 hours before or after taking them so they work properly. You have to drink water with ALL the pills and throughout the day! You will be so dehydrated if you don’t.
Some of the pills are only for 7 days! And then you can not take them again for 4 weeks. Some of the pills are for 15 days and then you can not take them again for 4 weeks. And ladies you should not take these pills if you are pregnant or think you are.
Day one: I felt pretty normal. I peed a lot and had to drink a lot of water. I slept like a rock! My husband had to get me to go to bed as I fell asleep on the couch two hours before I normally do! And I usually never sleep on the couch.
Day two: Not only did I have to pee a lot but the cleanse has started. I’ve been spending 5-10 minutes in the bathroom. Especially right after eating! So be cautious of that!
