These seem like something that would be good for someone who’s trying to quit smoking. I am not a smoker but I have this habit of chewing on one of my fingers whenever I stop paying attention to my body (mostly when I’m on my computer or scrolling random things on my phone). I don’t notice I’m doing it until it starts to hurt. I am hoping these will give me something else to chew on instead.
You get 4 of each essential oil stick (all stored in their own plastic containers), and 6 of the “breather sticks” (2 pink, 2 blue, and 2 green).
The essential oil sticks are actually not that bad – I don’t tend to like strong smells or flavors and essential oils are usually unpleasant to me, but one single scent stick inside one of these is not bad. (Smelling all of the scent sticks together is a bit strong, but it’s easy to just not do that.)
Once you put the stick in the tube and close the lid the smell doesn’t get out much, so someone sitting nearby wouldn’t necessarily smell it. You can’t really taste it at all unless you breathe it in through the breather sticks. These are positives in my opinion; it’s a subtle sensation, not overpowering.
The texture of these breather sticks is medium-soft silicone, but it smells and tastes like rubber to me, which I’m not crazy about. Maybe the rubber smell will dissipate over time, but I can’t say that with any certainty. The texture is soft enough to not hurt your teeth but hard enough to be satisfying when biting down on it. It seems pretty durable, or at least I haven’t made any dents in them yet.
The description says that these can stand upright (to keep the mouthpiece clean), however mine will not stand up no matter how hard I try. They’re top-heavy and they fall over whether or not there’s an essential oil stick inside.
It doesn’t say if the outer sticks can be washed in the dishwasher, but I can’t imagine why they couldn’t be if they’re food-grade silicone as advertised. I’ll be washing mine in my dishwasher, and I’m not worried that it will damage them.
Doesn’t work for me & it tastes too rubbery.
– The sticks are soft and so only give minimal chew resistance. But once you place a scented stick in them you wouldn’t want to chew on them.
– I think they make better anxiety breathers than chewies or smoke replacers.
– 3 scents with 4 sticks each- mint, lemon, and strawberry. (The card insert lists different scents). Once the sticks are used up you could easily replace with a q-tip dipped in essential oil of your choice.
– 3.9” x 0.4” (10mm).
– The cap is not a secure fastener. There is a hole at each end.
– They don’t come with instructions (only available on Amazon listing), so they may require explaining if you are giving away.
– Made in China.
I’ve been a smoker for 16 years and I hate it!! I’m always looking for methods to help to quit and this is a good one right here . These breather sticks are awesome! I like the inserts, they are flavorful and not overpowering. I also love the fact that they’re silicone.
It comes with 6 silicone sticks, 3 packs of inserts 4 each . All the insert flavors are good, I surprisingly didn’t expect to like the strawberry but I do.
I think these would also be good for nail biting , and anxiety in general. This is a great coping tool , & I’d definitely recommend.
I was really excited to try these because the concept sounded unique, and I liked the idea of having something portable to chew on for fresh breath and focus. They come with several refills in different flavors, which makes them easy to keep using, and the design is simple to carry around and stays clean. I also like that the material feels soft and safe to chew, and it is convenient to wash and reuse.
The problem for me is the flavor. There is little to no taste, and it fades almost immediately. I tried the different options and still felt the same way, so I am not sure if they are supposed to be that mild or if my expectations were just too high. Because of that, it doesn’t really give me the fresh feeling I was looking for, and I find myself not reaching for it as often as I thought I would. It is still an interesting product and I appreciate the idea behind it, but for me, the lack of flavor makes it a bit disappointing.
I was skeptical, but these sticks saved me! The Strawberry flavor is subtle but lasts days, and chewing them kills my vape cravings. The silicone is tough—no breaks after weeks. Wish the bubblegum was stronger, but overall, 10/10!

These sticks are kind of odd looking but they could be helpful to someone who is trying to quit smoking I think. I’m not real crazy about the strawberry flavor stick though. It leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. But overall, if someone is really trying to kick the habit, these could help.
