This collagen powder is distributed in sticks so no measuring is needed. Suggested use is one stick twice a day mixed in a beverage. No specific amount of fluid is recommended so I mixed with a half glass of water. It is difficult to mix and I used a mixer. This resulted in a thick texture with a faint fruity flavor.
I like that this made in the USA and is third party tested. It contains type I, II, and III collagen. However, is no information provided on type of animal used (though it does mention that it contains fish, however fish does not provide the three types of collagen listed) where it came from, and if it was ethically sourced.
There is information missing regarding this product. I appreciate that this product does not come in plastic container. It tastes good and is easy to drink. I have tolerated it well so far.

I really like this supplement, I’ve tried it several different ways, in water, in juice and just downing the powder in my mouth which has turned out to be my favorite way as I don’t have to worry about lumps being stuck at the bottom of my glass. The flavor is pleasant but note that they are sweetened with xylitol so please keep away from your canine friends. One of my favorite things about these is where it says “tear here to open” it actually tears easily (how many times does a product say tear here and you fight it until you go and find a pair of scissors?).

Sooo, I have tried numerous different collagen supplements and this one is definitely not my favorite. It has some good and unique ingredients, but I have concerns over some of it too.
Pros:
~ Made in USA
~ Bonus ingredients like pomegranate extract, vitamin C, elastin peptide, and hyaluronic acid
~ 3rd party tested
Cons:
~ Doesn’t tell how much vitamin A and E this contains. This would be good information to know since too much vitamin A or E can be toxic or cause bleeding issues. Can I take this with my regular multivitamin without overdosing? Who knows?
~ Doesn’t say how much protein is in this.
~ Contains polydextrose, which I guess is a filler, but why?
~ The flavor is weird to me. It says pomegranate, but tastes more like roses to me.
~ The serving size is 2 sticks. Again, why? This just seems like packaging waste, plus it takes more time for the consumer to open 2 sticks instead of 1. And for reference, each stick contains just over a teaspoon.
~ There is some strange wording and use of capital letters on the box in random places. (e.g. it says you can mix it with “water, Juice, milk or formula”.) Why is “Juice” capitalized, and what adult drinks formula? It just makes me wonder if this was really made in the US or not.
I think this product has the potential to be nice. I’d just like to see more transparency and honesty with the labeling, the whole serving included in a single stick, the box labeling cleaned up, fillers eliminated, and a more pleasant natural flavor.

I’ll start with the pros:
The servings are individually wrapped, so you don’t need to deal with a container with a scooper and the potential contamination that can happen with that. It also makes sure no moisture will get in.
The serving packs are very easy to hand tear open. They would be very easy to take with on travels as well.
It smells like a kind of berry mixture.
Now for the cons:
Although the powder smells nice, it does not taste anything like the smell.
The suggested use is to take two sticks directly or mix with water, juice, milk, or formula.
I’m not sure why they suggest mixing it into formula, I don’t think this is something that babies should be taking. Shrug.
I first tried this by mixing it into a glass of water.
First of all, it did not mix well into water. It was quite chunky and very unappetizing looking. I did try a sip and was very taken back by the taste and definitely the texture. So that glass got dumped out, I could not drink anymore.
I figure if it didn’t taste good with just plain water, it’s not gonna taste good by itself, so I did not try it straight up as the first suggested use states to do. Also, I did only try one packet to start, not two.
My second attempt at trying this, I decided to mix it in with my morning coffee. I’ve done this with other collagen supplement powder, and it has worked nicely. And when I’m talking about coffee, I mean hot, brewed coffee, not cold brew, or iced coffee. I find that the powders tend to dissolve a little better in hot water. However, this package still did not dissolve very well, but it was much better than in a glass of water. I was hoping the coffee would help mask some of the bad taste as well. When I took a sip, my coffee tasted so wrong and still had a weird texture but not as bad as the glass of water attempt. I was able to drink a couple more sips and then ended up dumping that as well. I just could not get over the taste and texture, no matter how much I tried to mask it.
So, unfortunately, I cannot attest to the stated benefits of this product, as I was unable to consume it.

As K-beauty follower, tried diversity of collagens ever since hitting 30’s. I don’t like drinking too much water especially with flavors so dissolving ones wasn’t the right one for me. This product was a typical Korean style one where you can just open and pop it in the mouth. Easy to carry around and loved the taste which was exactly what I was looking for. And it really does it’s job. I’ve been taking them before/after my laser treatments and skin recovery is much faster than before. I’m sticking to this product for sure!
