Standard-sized gel cap makes this loaded supplement easy to swallow, but the taste and smell are more similar to hay than a multi-vitamin. At $32.99 per bottle, the 60 capsules will last 1 month if taken as directed. Frankly, there are options that are more cost-effective and less obnoxious to the nose and taste buds. Not a fan.

Im not sure if I’m going through menopause but I’ve just been exhausted lately and having some heat flashes. I had tried others I found on Amazon and this one is amazing! HOW CAN YOU TELL IF A COMPANY IS GOOD?
One company after another puts synthetic Vitamin E in their Vitamins and other supplements. And if there is synthetic Vitamin E in anything they make, then EVERYTHING they make is suspect.
DL-alpha-Tocopherol = Synthetic Vitamin E (always)
Even when a bad company says their Vitamin E is from natural food sources, if it says DL-alpha-Tocopherol on the label, it is synthetic.
D-alpha-Tocopherol = Natural Vitamin E from food sources (always).
AN AMAZING NUMBER OF GOOD INGREDIENTS FOR MEN
Looking at the label, just from what I know, I see ingredients good for all the following: Energy, stamina, hair, memory, eyes, blood sugar leveling, prostate, immunity, circulation, heart, and more… They are not in high amounts, but it’s better than nothing to get all of those good things every day.
CALCIUM CARBONATE – THE ONLY BAD THING
There is one bad thing on the label of this product… Calcium Carbonate is literally the cheapest form of calcium a company can put in any product. It’s not synthetic, but it’s not good for some people, at all!!
I know from much experience that Calcium Carbonate causes painful calcium deposits in the shoulders of anyone who ever had a shoulder injury (even a minor one).
So if you ever have any kind of cow milk products, from actual milk and cheese to ice cream (especially ice cream), you should limit the amount of Calcium Carbonate you get from supplements, by taking supplements made with better forms of calcium!!
TRUE STORY
I could barely raise my right arm straight up. I couldn’t sleep on my side. And the pain was getting worse all the time. My chiropractor (back when I used to go to them) told me it was calcium deposits, and someone else told me that Celery Juice from an actual juicing machine would help dissolve the calcium deposits.
I went to the only place around here with an actual Vegetable Juicer, got a Ginger Tonic about once a week for three weeks, with extra Celery (light on the Ginger). Their Ginger Tonic also includes apples and beets.
The third time I went, the person was new, put way more celery in it than usual, and on my way home, I was sweating, a lot. That night, I raised up my arm to get something down off a high shelf, and the stiffness was gone, along with most of the pain. After that I could actually raise my arm straight up from the side, which I could NOT do in the weeks leading up to that.
ONLY ONE MULTI IS BETTER THAN THIS
I have tried a very large number of high quality natural multi-vitamins from food sources, and one always makes me feel really good when I take it. Right now, it costs about $44 for a 60 day supply (which comes out to a better price than these). The quantities are low, but the ingredients are raw, high quality, and easily assimilated, so they go farther than normal vitamins….
