Reviewing any type of supplement or personal use/care item is always very subjective. So, my review is directly related to my (or my wife’s) experience after using the product and also any ingredient research we may have done.
I have used these Knee Patches a few times now and they really heat up on the skin. The heat is soothing and can get quite warm. The wormwood and ginger have a nice calming scent. I have not had any issues with the patches coming off before I was ready to remove them. They do seem to offer relief and mine have lasted at least 8 hours.
Each box has 3 sealed packages of 12. So, this keeps the patches fresh until you are ready to use them.
The ingredients listed are: Wormwood, Ginger, Radix Aconiti, etc. I am not sure what etc is though!

Very disappointed these knee patches DON’T stick. Made sure my knee was clean and dry . Now I’m stuck with merchandise that doesn’t work. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

These work only for my minor aches. For those areas with persistent aches, I have used other brands with better success. The patches are thin and flexible with a strong herbal smell. It gives of mild heat after putting it on, but if I sweat too much, it does not adhere well.

My back has been hurting bad for a month or so. I’ve used these patches through out the day and when I sleep with good success. They feel a bit warm when you apply them but that’s the point. The adhesive is very good but tge patch is a bit hard to remove from the backing. I use the patch in conjunction with a tense unit and heat pack and it does provide some relief. I’d say for minor aches and pains it will be beneficial. For big strains it helps but not as much obviously.

They do nothing for pain. When you first put a patch on you feel nothing, but after a few hours it can irritate your skin in the same way as Ben Gay would, but it did nothing for pain. Both my husband and I tried them in different places- no relief at all. Save your money.
