Great to have on hand for when you get sick. It is potent and little goes a long way.

Whenever I get a sore throat, I like to mix three drops of oil of oregano in a pint of water. I find it provides such good relief to my aching throat. This 365 by Whole Brands brand of oil of oregano is high quality. The bottle has a good seal and a good dropper that doesn’t leak. The oil itself seems high quality as well. My throat is already grateful for it.

I could smell this when I opened the bag it came in. It was totally sealed with a protective plastic around the stopper and it smells as if I am smelling an open container. This is very potent! I am not using this internally, but for external application on my skin. I would say if you are looking for a truly pure and potent oregano oil that this is a really good option and what you are looking for.

Oil of Oregano is powerful stuff that has a ton of proven benefits and a number of suspected benefits. It carries a huge shot of antioxidants, which is important for your body. It is also antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. All things your body needs. You want to put two or three drops in your mouth and let it sit under your tongue for 60 seconds. It isn’t very pleasant to be honest, but it is worth it for me. It may be tempting to mix this, but you will lose absorption by doing so. Like most 365 products, this is a high quality product at a reasonable value. Recommend.

Whole Foods brands are often as good or better than other brands that cost more. This is another example of the good value you can get from buying their own label products. I currently take Oregano capsules from time to time when I feel like my immune system needs a boost. I prefer to take liquids instead of capsules because I think they are absorbed better. What I do is put a few drops in a very small amount of water and swallow it in one gulp. That’s not much different than taking a capsule, at lease for someone like me who is used to the strong flavor of real Oregano oil.

Bought this and it’s definitely potent. The flavor is strong but definitely tastes like oregano oil. I feel good when I drink it. You only need about two drops. It says you can take the drops directly in mouth or in water. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you DO NOT take them directly in mouth and out them in water as they are VERY strong flavored.

I had high hopes for this product. But I’m really not impressed. The taste is way more potent than I anticipated. It’s so strong that it burns. Maybe that’s how oil of oregano is supposed to be? It also caused stomach upset even though I was only taking 2-3 drops per day for a few days. For me, it’s just not worth it.
