When it recently came to my attention that some reviews on major websites can be bought or faked easily, I decided that I needed to do my part in sharing honest feedback about products that I have ordered and actually use, since I rely so heavily on reviews when making purchases online.
I ordered this a couple of months ago to use for thickening castile soap and for the possible benefit of supplementing magnesium transdermally (although mostly just to thicken my soap). I simply took about 1 TBSP of magnesium flakes and dissolved it in about a cup of tap water. Then, in VERY small increments (like 1/2 tsp at a time) mixed it thoroughly into my liquid Dr. Bronner’s castile soap, about 1/2 tsp at a time until it reached my desired consistency. I used most of the 1 cup of magnesium water that I mixed up, probably about 2/3-3/4 of a cup in all. It did a great job and now my soap is thick and white, a bit like a lotion, although just a little bit less smooth or creamy than a synthetic lotion. I’m sure these flakes would also make for a great soak in the bath, although I have not used it yet for that purpose. I certainly have plenty, so I may do that soon. Overall, not much to say. It is simple and just what I wanted!

Quizás todos los que compraron este artículo sabían lo que compraban pues les cuento que yo estaba buscando en Amazon el cloruro de magnesio que se toma y al verlo ( y más vendido por Whole Food) pensé que era éste y no recuerdo haber leido en ninguna parte la advertencia de que no era para ser ingerido…Afortunadamente le explicaba a mi esposo como lo iba a preparar para beberlo y èl me lo pidió leyó las instrucciones y enseguida me dijo no es para tomar…Dios mi esposo me salvó la vida creo y recomiendo que deben poner una etiqueta grande una advertencia de peligro que diga no es bebible porque por si alguien no lo sabe también está el cloruro de magnesio tomable que es excelente para la artritis, osteoporosis y articulaciones en general además de otros beneficios y suele venir en polvo y bolsas como ésta…
