I have started taking this pre workout powder in the mornings, mainly for the energy boost. I do not work out, but I need to be active to chase kids around all day. I have noticed an increase in energy. I mix this powder with my tea drink I have every morning, and sip on it. My drink is already sweetened. I drink Yerba Mate and Hibiscus Tea. I think this powder tastes awful when only mixing it with water. I overall feel like I have more energy to get through the day.

This is a caffeine-based pre-workout – the caffeine coming from green coffee bean extract. I had to look on the company website to find the caffeine content – 1 scoop contains 190 mg caffeine per serving, so if you are caffeine sensitive you will want to start out at less than a full scoop. The product also contains L-Citruline and Beta-Alanine, which are beneficial for increased nitric oxide production (you may notice a slight tingle from the Beta-Alinine). For focus, in addition to the caffeine, the amino acid L-Tyrosine is added, as well as ginseng root, which may enhance the effects of caffeine. The blueberry lemonade flavor was tolerable but I found myself adding other flavoring to enhance the taste. Overall, this seems like a quality product and one of the more cost-effective pre-workout supplements, and can be used as a coffee substitute in the morning.

While this is listed as a pre-workout formula, it doesn’t contain many of the other ingredients that most pre-workouts contain. It does contain a good amount of caffeine, although not listed on the bottle, according to the listing, ~190mg. The flavor is ok, but has that artificial taste. Overall, I think for the money, there are better options available.

Oddly, I’m the one in the family who really likes the flavor of this drink. Two sons think it’s alright, third son doesn’t like it, and wife really dislikes it. I think it’s great! There’s no accounting for taste though.
Personally again, I like the caffiene content. Dear Wife doesn’t think that’s a good idea, and my son’s opinions fall in between. Hey, I like my coffee, if I can get a cup of coffee’s worth of caffiene in a workout drink, I’ll take it!
This 360 Nutrition Blends is priced nicely, when compared to other brands of pre-workout drinks.
I’m giving it 4 stars. It might be 5 stars, but I’m taking into account that the family doesn’t agree with me. 4 stars it is!

The 360 Nutrition Blends with Benefits High Energy Pre Workout Powder is by far my favorite pre-workout I’ve taken in a long time. My first experiences with a pre-workout have been that they are WAY too sweet and some give you jitters.
I can happily say this supplement does neither. The is a smoothest I have tasted and is delicious. There are no jitters or palpitations and the energy you get is nominal and not overwhelming. I use this mainly for a second boost of energy when I start my evening job. It gets me through the shift and I am still able to sleep with no problems.
The container is big enough to last a while, as the scooper is small. Great value for the money.

360 Nutrition Blends Pre Workout has become a daily staple in my supplement regimen. The taste is great and I usually mix it with flavorless creatine. It mixes easily with water with no clumps, and no residue, and provides a smooth drink. I know I’m getting all the powder without any clumping at the bottom, because once I finish the glass there is very little residue on the sides. Just to be sure I get every particle I can, I usually fill the cup up again with water and drink that. You can never hydrate enough. This container will last a month, which is a great value. Most importantly, it has a real impact on my exercise and recovery. I’ve noticed significant improvements in my endurance, and the recovery time post-exercise has been remarkably reduced. 360 Nutrition Blends has become an essential part of my fitness routine. I also learned the hard way that this stuff really works, because when I stopped using it for a couple weeks, I soon noticed the difference as my exercise performance started to decline. After starting back up again, I was back to achieving new gains. I highly recommend as a great way to boost your workout potential.
