This is a nice collection of eye patches. Each comes in its own envelope with directions and ingredients (so easy to share with friends or include in gift boxes) and you get four varieties: hyaluronic acid, rose, aloe and 24 K gold.
The patches are a nice thickness — some patches on the market are super thick, others way too thin. These are “just right”. They go on easy and stay put. I sometimes put these in the fridge for a super cool feeling, but even if you keep them warm temp, they will feel gently cooling and soothing for the eyes.
Decent price and you get a lot of them — 32 in all. A definite recommend, especially if you like a bit of variety in your eye treatment routine.

I feel like I’ve tried about a thousand different kinds of eye patches at this point, and these are very average. For me, there is nothing remarkable about them, but also nothing terrible either. Just right in the middle of the road.
They’re all packaged individually (which I think is super wasteful) but there are 4 different “varieties” in the box that all target different areas. I’m not sure how different they really are, although they do have slightly different formulations listed in the ingredients, so maybe they are. I’ve tried all the varieties at least once now. I really can’t discern any scent at all to any of them (which makes me wonder what’s really in the “serum”), but that’s good if you’re sensitive to fragrances. The solution they’re in is super, super watery. I found them very slippery and if I tried to do anything other than lie down, they were sliding all around my face for the first few minutes (until they start to dry out a bit) and I had to constantly reposition them. After using, my under eye area looks…fine. Again, nothing great, but nothing bad. None of them were very moisturizing. I definitely had to apply eye cream as I finished out my routine.
I can see how these would be fun to put in gift bags or something, but for my personal use, I wouldn’t get them again. They’re currently priced at $12.98 with a 40% off coupon, and I’d say you definitely get what you pay for.

It’s surprising to see 24k gold as the 6th ingredient (right after collagen). Gold can stimulate collagen production, and it’s one reason it is used in skin care. A lot of eye masks call themselves 24K gold and then I don’t see a trace of gold listed in the ingredients.
This eye mask feels nourishing and is much nicer than other under the eye patches (I call these eye masks). Most of the eye masks I have tried are peeled off a plastic backing and feel like thick silicone pads. These Yargkos 24K Gold Under Eye Patches come in a tray of serum (enough to share with the rest of my face and neck), and feel more like a thick facial mask – with a hydrating effect.
These Yargkos 24K Gold Under Eye Patches contain snail secretion – so they are not vegan – but I find this works well and the minimal ingredients are geared at reducing puffiness and moisturizing to reduce the appearance of fine lines. These do just that for my eyes and help my make up go on more smoothly with fewer creases. My skin is very sensitive and these eye patches do not irritate my skin – I can feel the serum getting absorbed and have left the eye patches on for up to an hour (recommended time is 12-20 minutes).
There is a lot number, expiration date, and contact info (these are required under good manufacturing practices) and the quality seems to be very good, even though there are some translation errors (made in China). I’ve tried the eye mask / underwear eye patches that come stacked in a tub and the thick silicone peel off type. Have to say that these Yargkos 24K Gold Under Eye Patches are now my favorite under the eye patches, and I would give this product more stars, if I could. I will definitely order these again – until then, the 32 pairs will last me a few months.

Lately, there are lots of patch products on the market, and I’ve tried a variety. I can honestly say that I can’t tell the difference. The idea of the product is that you use it as a patch on your face, alone or with your regular skin care product, anywhere from 15 minutes to overnight. I have found that they all have a similar effect: they do extend the effect of your regular skin care routine, because it does not evaporate and has a longer time to absorb; they moisturize well, because you have moisture-containing product continuously applied for several hours; they have the effect of reducing puffiness (though temporarily), smoothing out small wrinkles (also temporarily), and helping your skin feel moist.
As for this product, it has some additional pros: patches come individually wrapped, which is not only more hygienic, but also allows you to take them along or share. The box is also sealed with plastic for added protection. This particular box has a generous supply – 32 pairs – for just $12.99 (at the time of order). That’s just 40 cents a treatment, and you can’t beat this price – imagine how much you’d pay at a salon!
So altogether, a great product, which I highly recommend.
