Taste and texture are a personal preference. However, their packaging doesn’t say one thing about how it will accomplish the claims they make. They say “Delicious” 3 times. One the back of the package, in BOLD is says “How Does 301 Shake Support Weight-Loss” …..Well it doesn’t say one thing about how it does. It just says its a formula, healthy and delicious. There’s nothing on their packaging that should allow them to make the statements they make.
Having said that, their return policy is not one you like to see on Amazon. I usually buy products I want to keep and don’t spend a lot of time researching their return policy. Lesson learned. I will always review return policies from now on. I’m sending mine back after one use, I will lose money on shipping??? even though it was free shipping??? and find a product that has information for the user that tells them, with facts, why their product will do what they say it will.

I went on the 310 Nutrition program and love, love, love it. It’s not even been a month and I’m almost in another size down from which I wear. The program is so easy and the shakes are delicious and you do not feel deprived of all of the junk and unhealthy food that I use to eat. The tea is also amazing. The tea even keeps you full and not having cravings for junk food. I haven’t tried the lemonades yet but the reviews are fantastic for them. If your trying to loose weight and I’m not even going to the gym try 310 you won’t be sorry.

This review is for the MOCHA flavor: So far I cannot speak to the effectiveness of this shake other than to say that it mixes fairly well in the included shaker and does its job as a meal replacement (I drink it at work for lunch and it gets me thru to dinner). The flavor? If I had to describe the mocha flavor I would start by saying it is not mocha at all (in any way, shape, or form) – ZERO coffee flavor. It is more like slightly chocolate tasting water with what I would describe as having notes of almonds. The consistency? Well … water … with ground almonds mixed in for a nice gritty texture LOL. Although many say how wonderful it is when you add this or mix in that, I bought this shake for it’s low calorie content. Adding bananas, yogurt, juice, etc. just defeats the point of choosing THIS shake. with all of that said, I am going to drink all 27 servings and keep with it. I probably should have purchased the vanilla version (and may do so when this bag is gone if I am getting results). Their advertising says it is delicious – it is not … but you can drink it down and it does NOT make your stomach feel gross after you do (in fact, there is no unpleasant digestive issues with this product at all). So it is not pleasant to drink … but no pain no gain (or is that “loss” LOL).

The flavor was decent, not as great as others. It was a bit grainy. Not awful, but I did taste an aftertaste that made me think of diet items.
But the worst were the headaches. I developed severe headaches within 2 days of taking it. I thought at first I had a sinus infection, because I’m very sensitive with my sinuses. Did not call doctor or anything, just thought I’d see how I felt a few days later.
After 7 days, I realized it was happening within 30 minutes of taking the shake and would last 4-5 hours. When I stopped taking the shake..I have never had a headache since.

I got the salted Carmel. The taste isn’t amazing it is a bit bland, however that is what you get when there isn’t any sugar or soy or anything. I do mix mine with coconut milk instead of water which helps give it a bit more taste. I have this sitting on my desk at work and I really like them. They are a great meal replacement or a snack for extra protein. I work out every day and I drink this as a snack…sometimes I forget my lunch and drink them for lunch, but paired with their tea and I stay full along with water.

I was REALLY afraid to buy this after some of the negative reviews, but I did it anyway. I’ve tried vanilla and strawberry now. I’m used to protein shakes and have tried an array of companies, but this was the first dairy-free meal replacement shake I’ve tried. It does have a chalkier texture than your milk based shakes. I mix mine with reduced sugar vanilla almond milk so I can’t speak on its flavor alone, but I enjoy the taste! It keeps me full for about two-three hours until my snack, and I look forward to my next shake. Can’t beat the taste given the calorie count and healthy ingredients. Will be purchasing again!

After all the reviews I was not sure how good this would taste. I have done several veggie based shakes and they can be tough to swallow, so i was determined to give it a try. After all the reviews were a complete split on opinions about the taste. This one however, shocked me. It is great, I added 2 strawberries, ice and unsweetened almond milk and blended it in my ninja. I love it. I can definitely drink this twice a day. To all those people struggling with the idea to purchase or not to purchase I can honestly say the vanilla goes down easy, like a cake batter flavor.
