   I ordered the essential oil breath sticks hoping for a natural way to freshen breath and ease stress, but right out of the box there were issues. There was no documentation or clear guidance on ingredients, dosage, or safety. For something you are meant to put into your body, that is a serious concern.

   Without clear instructions or proof of testing, I did not feel comfortable using these at all. Essential oils can be potent and sometimes harmful if misused, so sending them out without even the basics of safety information is unacceptable.

   I am giving this product one star because it does not inspire any trust. No matter how convenient or appealing the idea might be, I cannot recommend something that leaves me guessing about what is inside or how to use it safely.

   Underwhelming. I live in TX where there is now a ban on vape so I ordered these to try to curb the need and quit. These are small, come with a tin, and different flavors. I had high hopes however there is no taste. You can lightly smell the scents but inhaling there is no flavor to it so thats pretty disappointing. The sensation of chewing is okay but weird. I just had higher hopes.

   I ordered the Essential Oil Breath Sticks to help with smoking cessation and for the promised fresh breath. Upon receiving the item I immediately noticed that there are no instructions, no company name, and absolutely no information. There’s just a card showing the names of the enclosed flavors. It comes with 3 silicone tubes, a carrying tin, and 9 refill sticks (3 of each flavor); strawberry, mint and lemon.
   I went back to check the ad on Amazon to get an idea of how to use these. After inserting a Mint flavored stick in a silicone tube I have it a try. Barely, just barely, there was a far away hint of mint. Whatever the refill sticks are doused with it isn’t very potent. The experience amounted to gnawing on the tube desperately trying to find some flavor. I tried the Strawberry with more success and a definite but mild flavor.
   Bottom line is that I’m concerned about the lack of company information and non-existent ingredient list. I don’t know for certain that this food grade silicone and I know for a fact that there is no real strawberry ‘essential oil’ although mint and lemon do exist. The whole parcel left me with a nervous feeling that belied the ad’s additional promise of stress relief. I can’t in good faith (and weird experience) recommend this product. I believe there’s a future for the idea but there are too many safety questions regarding this item right now.

   You get 3 silicon sticks with a tin carrying case. There are 3 different essential oil core sticks: Strawberry, lemon, and mint. The essential oil sticks come in separate resealable tubes so the potency lasts for the replacement core sticks.

   The silicon base has a bubblegum flavor for the pink option, citrus mint for the green, and cool mint for the blue. I got the pink, which has a light bubblegum flavor to it.

   The essential oils have a nice smell and taste to them. The strawberry is a little more underwhelming compared to the lemon and the mint, but they all pair well with the bubblegum flavor of the chew stick.

   They are compact and easy to travel with, and offer a smokeless flavor/oral fixation if you are trying to quit smoking/vaping. It’s also nice if you are just a chewer or in general need of stimulation to replace nail biting, picking, and other habits.

   I reside in TX. Where a new law has been placed on vapes. If you know YA KNOW. So this product came as an alternative to quitting.

   First impressions the storage container for the chew sticks feels thoughtful. As a mother this gives security. So no leaving this laying around. As the closure top pops off while you chew and you may drop the flavor stick without noticing. Be mindful & be careful.

   The flavors I have only tried one which is strawberry and its there in scent but not in taste. I was very disappointed, though my expectations may have been high as -Im a vaper and expected something of that intensity of flavor. I believe this does nothing for ppl who want fresher breath as it isnt strong enough to leave that effect.

   The most addictive thing is the sensory and chewing. I quit vaping once before by chewing gum non stop. This has broken the vape to hand need almost immediately.

   Lastly It leaves my teeth feeling like the rubber is on my sides from excessive chewing. Which is not a great feeling. So Im hesitant to pick back up. As my jaw feels weird now.

   Nice product. Not too thrilled about the after effects. But definitely worth a shot if you are trying to quit smoking.

   I could see this product being used for people who need to concentrate; however, it does not include its ingredients. It is effective and easy to throw in your bag. The flavor is not that great or effective for fresh breath, but it could be if you add a little mint.
