Seriously, it has a strong taste of apple cider vinegar. In gummy form. Unfortunately still addicting as any other gummy though. How many times as a kid did I secretly conspire to eat the entire bottle? And yet as an adult the thought of overdosing on candy supplements makes me shiver. What would my friends and family say?
I stare at the bottle and began looking up the ingredients.
How DOES on overdose on supplements? Well, apparently two things can happen when you eat these vitamins to a excess: either they are thrown out of the body via urine or the excess remains stored in the body, causing build up. Looking it up, most of the ingredients on these particular gummy are thrown out via urine…
Does that mean I can responsibly eat more than the recommended dose of 2 gummies? No, of course not…and yet…no don’t do it, your liver will be crying…

I recently started a diet and quickly learned the hard way that I can’t quite shed the weight as easily as I used to. It was around this time that I began doing some research on weight-loss supplements. I just so happened to come across these gummies by rize labs in my feed, and decided to give them a try.

The gummies themselves have an excellent apple cider flavor. They are soft and easily chewable, and actually make for an enjoyable, yet beneficial treat!
I only began using these supplements two weeks ago, so I am not quite yet able to speak to their promotion of, or effects on weight loss. What I can tell you, however, is that taking two of these gummies each day has really boosted my energy levels. For this, I am most certainly grateful. They are “gummy like” A better description would be possibly more like a fruit chew, than a gummy. I did not like the flavor or the texture, not fruity at all, but it is what it is.
Directions say take 2 between meals, I only eat once a day so I took them mid morning, same time every day to be consistent, around 11am. I usually do not eat until around 3.
I did not take them the same time as any other medications I have.
I only took for a week before writing this review, so if anything changes I will update
A little about me for the sake of this experience. My starting weight was 210, I am 5ft about 5in tall, in my early 50’s, handicap with limited movement and have only one meal a day. I do not eat snack cakes or junk food, but when I do indulge, I usually eat chips, nuts or fig newtons. I usually only snack in evenings if I snack at all. My primary beverages are coffee, water, juice and beer. I do not drink soda (or pop depending on where you live) Due to my disabilitys I can not exercise or walk very well. I do not eat fast food, because I don’t drive. So, that is where I’m starting at.
I took 2 “gummies” every day for 7 days straight at the same time ever day. With a glass of water (because I do not like the taste) After 7 days, I lost 4 pounds. Not much.
End of week 2, I gained back the 4 pounds plus gained 5 more. So far not thrilled.

Like with any health supplements, good, clear evidence of them actually helping you is quite hard to determine. Since I started taking these, there has not been a huge and clear change in my health. I do think that the placebo effect is real because I believe that these help me with nutrition and eating habits, so I just continue to take these gummies that are quite easy to ingest and don’t have any negative side effects.

This product is promoted as this incredible gummy endorsed on Shark Tank. I was gullible enough to take the bait and I got bit! First of all, the whole Shark Tank association is a scam. It never was featured on the program. The claim is that if you take two of these a day your pants won’t fit anymore. I weigh myself every single day and have for years. I’ve take this product for one week and haven’t even lost a pound, much less so many inches my pants don’t stay up. I would of been happy with five pounds in a week. Since I’m stuck with these now and can’t return this item on Amazon, I’ll keep taking them for one month and follow up if anything changes.

The hunger control is great with this product. I am not taking it for hunger control and I’m not even on a Keto diet. I am taking it for gut health and noticed from day one that I haven’t been as hungry. I take 2 capsules up to three times a day about an hour before each meal. So, now, I am taking it for hunger control because it’s working for me. The taste is fine for me.
