These “keto” ACV gummies taste good but aren’t keto in my opinion. Anything like this, which isn’t a nutrition source, that has carbs and added sugars is the opposite of keto, even in low amounts. I’m not wasting any grams of the few I have on a supplement. They would work OK for people not on keto.

FYI… This product is the same as Rize Labs “Total Fit” and “Keto Drops” Gummies, just in different packaging that improves its marketing appeal, especially to weight loss users. My primary incentive for trying this product was its ability to reduce appetite. After only the first day I can attest that this is true. Taken 20 minutes before your main meal of the day, you can feel the appetite suppressant (ACV) work almost immediately after taking them. Reducing belly fat and supporting healthy digestion is also a bonus that I am looking forward to. With regard to being Keto-friendly, research does indicate that B6 and B12 supplements are necessary while pursuing Keto (a diet that forces the body to burn fat for energy rather than carbs) to achieve accelerated weight loss and this product provides them. The quality of this product also seems quite good and it does come with a guarantee. I’ll keep you posted as to how well this addition to my supplement regimen assists with my weight loss goals, but for now my initial evaluation is of this product is that it is excellent.

The “Extra Strength” in the first photo in the item description likely alludes to the fact that it has 1000mg of ACV while other competitors have only 500 mg of ACV. When you first open these you really get a strange smell, nothing bad.. just not what youre expecting when you see red gummies. They are firm but chew easily, and they taste good.
Low calorie and low carb, so fits in with KETO if you are doing low carb.
