I take one gummed in the morning and one in the evening. I found that it keeps me calm during my hectic work day and in the evening it helps me relax, u have no hangover feeling in the morning or drowsy effects. It’s not overly sweet, lovebthe variety of colors and fruit flavors. I have has a shoulder pain for awhile and it had relieved the pain greatly. The fact ingot three bottles with a good quality gummies and large volume is great. Great value for money and highly effective.

I’ve never tried any hemp protects before. Gummies are a great way to try something new. These gummies do taste great. If blind folded, I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between these and regular gummies. They are however, a little smaller in size than I thought they would be. I put a few of them in a bowl so you can get an idea of the size and texture. I haven’t noticed any adverse side effects other than a reduction in snoring. Is it related. I’m not sure. I’ll have to come back and update this review, after taking this for a while longer.

It’s a good value if they work for me. However I do have my reservations about them, because sold FROM China but MADE in the USA? I question that statement.

It does not relax me. It does not help me fall asleep. It did absolutely nothing for me. I feel bad, but I’m actually gonna just throw them away because I have passed the return date.
