I tried Blueprint Cleanse in 2014 for three days, and the RAW cleanse was definitely an overall better value. You can drink the juices in any order, but if you normally start your day with an OJ or apple/cranberry juice, I recommend their Spicy Lemonade, which was the best tasting flavor. I fasted for three days and made sure to supplement my diet with plenty of water and sugar free power ade. After the first day (which I had some headaches due to the withdrawal) I felt great the next two days. Their beet drink and the pine mint are also surprisingly good. At the end of three days, I lost about eight pounds of water weight and my stomach felt calmed down with no bloating or feeling like I was carrying excess water weight around my waist. I would recommend not going for anythiing too heavy like steak and eggs the first day you are off your cleanse. Go easy on the food you resume consuming the following day. I was happy with the result and hope it helps with maintaining a new diet for me. I would also purchase this again.

This is the first time I am trying a juice cleanse and it will most definitely be the last. Although this product arrived frozen and packaged nicely, it arrived without any instructions. The flavors of the various juices were disgusting and intolerable. I wasn’t able to drink any of them without gagging. The beet flavored juice was the worst and made me break out in a horrible hives all over my face. Even though a juice cleanse is good in theory to get your diet started, this juice cleanse did not help me at all. I did not loose any weight. I am really disappointed with this product, not to mention the $100 a spent on something I could not even consume properly. I would not recommend this product to you, at all.

I bought the 3 day cleanse a while ago, and recently i did a 5 day juice cleanse kit from Costco (don’t want to mention product brand here) and I did not like the taste of the costco based seller juices. I just ordered and received my second Juice from the raw 3 day kit. Sometimes their website has a 10$ lower price but Amazon orders get delivered a few days faster than vendor website. Also, if you are planning to order for multiple days, you may be able to cut a bit more cost like 20$ with coupons and extend your diet plan by 1 additional day

I placed an order for myself and really enjoyed the product. The flavors were great with the exception of the coconut fusion. The product also worked great and was very filling so I didn’t have any cravings during my 3day cleanse. My second order for my wife has been a disaster. When we opened the box some of the bottles were leaking. When we placed them in the freezer several more of the bottles began to leak which created a mess. I overall like the product but the packaging of the product has to be more consistent. I really would have rated the product higher if my second experience was similar to my first.

Good taste. The pineapple was a little overly sweet in my opinion, but still good! I haven’t completed my three days so as far as weight loss goes I’m not sure yet. Just know there are two servings per bottle. So if it states 80 calories make sure you double that if you drink the entire bottle. If you drink the recommended six bottles a day that can add up to a lot of calories. I guess it depends on how much weight you need to lose.

We are satisfied customer from juice of the RAW. With the last Order we had bad issues with UPS Delivery Delay. Juice was not drinkable anymore when it arrived our place in Florida, after days and the hot weather. I loved all the flavors of the juices. They tasted fresh and delicious…I enjoyed drinking them. I drank the juices, a lot of water, and had some veggies throughout the three days. The juices made me feel full and I was not uncomfortable, did not get headaches etc. I also lost 2.4 pounds after three days of doing this. I would buy them again simply to incorporate healthy juices into my diet as random meal replacement, snacks, or for breakfast. I probably wouldn’t use them as a full 3-day cleanse again only because I love food..but definitely will buy again to help to improve my diet!

The flavors were decent enough- didn’t care for some of them but with 6 juices a day, I wasn’t expecting to like ALL of them. I don’t like cleansing because I never feel satiated; but I was content for the full three days I did this cleanse.
I lost five pounds in three days and felt great once the cleanse was over.
