This product came freshly sealed with both an inner seal and an outer plastic wrap seal. You get 525mg of 95% curcuminoids curcumin. I like that this is a 95% curcuminoids extract because curcuminoids are the active extract that has the anti-inflammatory properties. The product also has 500mg of quercetin as well as added ginger and bromelain. I have been taking all of these components individually for their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties so I was happy to find them all combined into one convenient supplement. You get 90 easy to swallow capsules and the serving size is 3 so this amounts to a 1 month supply. Overall I found the product to be of good quality.

This is a great “upgraded” curcumin supplement. It’s a blend of curcumin extract, plus quercetin, bromelain, and turmeric powder. It’s a good general health supplement as well as providing relief of inflammation.
I take 2-3 capsules per day, and so far, it seems to be working okay for me although the inflammation-reducing effects are more subtle than I was hoping for.
The formulation itself is good, though the addition of turmeric powder is more of a filler ingredient, as curcumin extract is really the most effective ingredient in this product when it comes to pain relief. Overall – it’s a nice blend of different ingredients, but it wouldn’t be my first choice of a curcumin supplement.

This supplement has a really good blend of ingredients that help me manage my knee pain. It is great quality and highly absorbed. I am taking this as part of a comprehensive approach to pain management, including therapeutic exercises and modalities, and I have confidence in this helping. The capsules are easy to take, and I don’t notice any aftertaste or side effects.

Curcumin is one of the best supplements you can take and there have even been books written about the benefits of taking this and results obtained. And Cucumin in the Phytosome nanoparticle delivery system makes it even better. Add to the mix Organic Turmeric Root Powder, Quercetin, Ginger & Bromelain, (all excellent for health) and you have even a much better supplement complex. I also like the fact that the maker of this product does give you the individual ingredient breakdown by mg of each component letting you the consumer know what you are taking to help make a better informed decision about the product. I say that because I just got through reviewing a 5 part Magnesium complex supplement that did not do that, had an unfavorable type magnesium in it and hyped up the product without any support data as with this product. This is the type supplement I like and give it my 5 star rating.

When I try a new bottle of capsules, I like to open one and take a look at the content and see if the capsule is well filled to the max. Well, I didn’t have to do all this with these Curcumin Capsules, since they are transparent. This gives me peace of mind. Also, I like that they provide higher absorption. Before taking these capsules I was adding Curcumin to my meals, but I started getting bored of having everything taste the same. These capsules are phenomenal and practical to get Curcumin and Turmeric in my diet, simple and easy.

Product shipped and arrived quickly and was well packaged. It features a blend of ingredients that really are ideal for ant-inflammatory and anti-aging purposes. The capsules are that medium to large size which are the upper limit for what most people are willing to tolerate. Taking them one at a time was fine. I didn’t personally experience any GI distress or other adverse effects while taking this product. It is a bit pricey for one month’s worth of product, but also boasts standardization and quality according to the basis of such. The product’s pictures on Amazon currently feature that it is 29x berberine absorption, but it doesn’t have berberine, which is not what I want to see. It does also state curcumin absorption, which it does list.

I try to take my curcumin supplement daily. I’ve always found it to be beneficial and this is a good, quality supplement as far as I can tell. It was shipped and packaged well and the capsules are easy to swallow and are standard sized. I also love the additional things that were added to this supplement mix. I’m a big fan of ginger and a few others that are included.
