It is what it says it is and I have no doubt it is potent. Unfortunately, I firmly believe this supplement does not help with degenerative disc disease. I stopped taking this because it did not help me one bit after taking it in large doses for over a year, I found it did nothing to help me. For other ailments, it probably helps but not for degenerative disc disease.

pills are big and can be hard to swallow. taste is not to pleasing either. but price was good. not going to order again
