I started taking the liquid form to cut down on pills. It is good quality and easy to take. This has my cholesterol in my bloodwork showing normal where it was extremely high. The only thing is the dropper. I have to do two half filled dropper to get one dropper full daily. That’s all it takes to get better results and I will continue to use this rather than pills. The taste is not bad. I have more energy.

I got this on auto ship. First batch was just as shown , light golden and taste was tolerable. This second batch on auto ship was completely different!! Was extremely dark brown, thick and so bitter that im throwing them both jars out in fear of not knowing what I was really ingesting. Product in both looked nothing at all like previous shipments, and tasted nothing like previous shipments . Extremely bitter and dark blackest brown in color. Tried to return for refund and it’s not returnable so I just lost money on this bad shipment if two bottles.

I got this auto shipped to me to get the discount. The First batches i r e ceived were great.. light golden and taste was good. This last batch i got from my auto ship order was completely different!! The color is dark brown, thick and bad taste. I was forced to throw bottles out cause im afraid it is a bad batch and not sure what is wrong with product . The Product was COMPLETELY different than previous purchases. Tried to return for refund but it’s not returnable so I just a lot of money.
Very disappointed cause the other batches worked well.

I love the convenience of taking vitamins like this. In pill form I’m not as likely to take them. I put some under my tongue along with other vitamins I take this way.
The taste is great. You wouldn’t think it could be but I like it. That adds up to good quality in my book. The ingredients include cinnamon and I can detect that.
Is it good value for my money? I think so. Capsules might be cheaper but what good is that if I don’t take them?

At the age of 51, I have moved into taking vitamins and supplements. Where I live, we have a business ran by doctors (Doctor’s Nutrition) who promote a holistic approach using vitamins and supplements. I am off of my prescription medications and doing fantastic. I purchased these drops to use with another supplement I am taking: Berberine Max – promoted by the Doctor’s Nutrition. These drops do seem to have an affect on minimizing my appetite especially when I am eating correctly (protein intake and minimizing my sugar intake). However, when I make bad food choices for a splurge during a weekend, I do not see an affect on decreasing my appetite. These are definitely work as part of a proactive dietary program. I will say that these taste horrible; bitter. However, I have gotten used to them and tolerate it for the overall affect. I most likely will continue taking these as part of my vitamin & supplement regimen.

Not really knocking the product, but I had terrible headaches with this, I never have a headache, and it took me awhile to figure this out. So just be aware of this possibility. This was just my experience. The product does taste good and I had no trouble wanting to take it.
