I like these. They taste good and have a nice texture to them. Sometimes it’s hard to just stick to the serving size because I enjoy the flavor so much.
It’s much a nicer way to ingest ACV than drinking it or adding it to drinks, where the flavor can easily become overpowering.

I took these gummies for a month, but I lost not a pound. Then, when I quit taking them, I spent two weeks suffering from the worst intestinal pain ever. Fortunately, I started taking my Metamucil, and that helped get my intestines in shape. I do not recommend these gummies. They do not work.

I used to do the spoonful of ACV in the mornings , but the acidic feeling and taste going down is definitely worse than taking a shot of gin straight. Taking the ACV straight always gives me a shiver after taking it but I believe in the benefits of it.

I can’t speak to any health effects from these gummies, but they do make a delicious after dinner treat. I love the apple cider vinegar smell that pours out of the bottle upon opening and the taste makes for a great palate cleanser. Both the taste and the texture are above average as they do not stick together in the bottle.
