these are fine, they will help you stay in ketosis, they dont have an awful taste, almost like a tart/sour candy from the amount of ACV, HOWEVER…. dont be alarmed when you go to the bathroom after taking these and your urine is NEON YELLOW, these have a significant amount of vitamin b12 and its a common occurrence of b12 to cause a color change in urine, i started taking 1 of the gummies as opposed to 2 (theyre big anyways)

I have been reading more about the potential health benefits of ACV, but of course it has an intense flavor on its own. I know ACV gummies are not quite as healthy as a simple ACV/water beverage (due to containing less ACV and more sweeteners) but given they are so much easier to take I thought it would be interesting to give these a try. I am quite impressed by them. When opening the bottle, the first thing I noticed was an intense apple cider vinegar smell – I was surprised the smell was so strong, but immediately knew these are real! The gummies are quite large (almost quarter-sized) and the serving size is supposed to be 2 gummies, though I have only taken one at a time so far. They contain 2000 mg ACV powder per serving (so 1000 mg per gummy) in addition to pomegranate juice powder, beet juice powder, folate, and B12. They contain multiple sweeteners (sugar, glucose syrup, and dextrose are the first 3 ingredients), with 30 Calories per serving/15 Calories per gummy. As far as flavor goes, they are quite tasty. There is certainly a sour mild vinegar taste underlying the sweet flavor, but it is not at all unpleasant. I haven’t noticed that these have caused a major change in my appetite or eating habits, but they are an easy way to add ACV to my diet and I will likely use them along with other types of ACV.

To be clear… This product is “Justified Laboratories Rapid Lean KETO ACV GUMMIES EXTREME”. The same practically IDENTICAL gummies sold by several different distributors including Justified Laboratories. To make matters more confusing, Justified Laboratories sells the same EXACT product under multiple different names including “Rapid Lean”, “Keto Thrive”, “Ripped Results”, “Keto Rush”, “Fast Ripped”, “Ketosyn”, “Trim Tummy”, “Ketocalm Nutrition”, “Boostline”, “Bliss”, “X10 Boost”, “Proton”, “Activ Boost”, “Keto Snax”, “Ketosophy”, “Pure Slim”, “Destiny”, “Keto Purity”, and “Keto Crave” among others. Justified Laboratories actually provides only TWO types of gummies: Standard Strength (240 mcg Folic Acid, 2 mcg B12, and 1000 mg ACV Powder) and “Extreme” or Extra Strength (480 mcg Folic Acid, 4 mcg B12, and 2000 mg ACV Powder). The Justified Laboratories descriptions for ALL their products (all identical) emphasize taste rather than the point of taking these gummies: The fact that they support Ketosis (a diet that forces the body to burn fat for energy rather than carbs), assist in burning fat as fuel, and help boost metabolism. Curiously this product is missing B6 (the other essential B vitamin supplement needed when following a Keto diet) that other competitors DO have. Overall, a good product if you already are getting enough B6. Otherwise, competitors have that additional ingredient at a similar price point.

These gummies have a fair bit of sugar in them, so they are not keto if you are practicing it strictly. I am not, so that doesn’t bother me, but anyone considering these should be aware.
They smell very pungent, stronger than other vinegar gummies I have tried. That also comes through in the taste. They are not inedible, but not as nice as I would prefer.
My biggest complaint it the price. That’s just absurdly high. They are absolutely not worth $45.

I am a big fan of ACV and in particular I love to get my ACV in gummy form. So much more pleasant that way!

With the higher strength you get a bit more of the ACV odor and taste. As I have tried many vendors of ACV I have found if you don’t taste it, there is no ACV in the gummie. These definitely contain the proper amount of Apple Cider Vinegar without doubt. I use these more for appetite suppression, the little bit of engergy boost is a plus, along with the better gut health. I highly recommend both this brand and this product. They are very consistent in what you get.

I got these because I’ve been reading a lot of health articles on the benefits of ACV and decided I wanted to try them out. I was a little off put at first, not gonna lie, due to their bitter taste but I kinda got over it compared to some of the other vitamins I’ve taken before.
