These are sweet. Just look at what they add for sugar forms to make them that way.
Not a fan of that approach just to get my metabolic rate up to burn both their sugars & whatever carbs I ingest. Slightly over the top. Too many ‘other ingredients’ for me.
The price point for this is up there as well. There’s alot of competition in the ACV gummies dept.
There’s alot of formulations I prefer more at slightly lower prices that serve me well.
They recommend you take 2 with a full glass of water—multiple times throughout the day Please chew them first, for those new to gummies, or you’ll have digestive issues.

I have been taking an ACV (apple cider vinegar) mix of water and ACV almost every night before bed. It helps my stomach to digest food and that results in my having better sleep. I understand it also has a lot of other good benefits for the body also. What I like about these gummies is that they make dosing with the ACV a lot simpler than having to do a mixture every time. Now I just pop open the bottle and grab a couple and I’m done. No more spilling ACV all over and having to clean up drinking glasses afterwards. It’s a no muss no fuss winning situation. Plus, the gummy part provides me with a little candy taste as a bonus.

I have taken ACV for over a year. I like taking the Gummies because they’re easier for me with my daily routine. These gummies are very nice and have double the usual amount of ACV (1,000 mg vs. 500 mg.) I really like that these also contain Pomegranate Juice and Beet Juice, two beneficial superfoods (80 mcg each). At first, when you open the bottle, you get a strong scent of vinegar and they do have a slight aftertaste of vinegar too. It may be off-putting to some, but they are easy to chew and swallow and you get a little Apple flavor too. These could benefit from more of the Beet and Pomegranate flavors. Also, I didn’t experience any digestion problem after taking them.
There is no mention of where these are manufactured on the bottle, but they are distributed by a US company. Also, the bottle doesn’t mention anything about the ingredients being non-GMO, vegan gluten free, or manufactured under GMP standards or 3rd party testing. However, the Amazon product description does state all of that. My bottle came with a outer seal around the cap and an inner seal underneath the cap. In addition, my bottle was marked with an April 10, 2026 expiration date. So they are presumably shipped fresh and still have a long shelf life.
With these ACV gummies, you take 2 per day, so each bottle lasts for 30 days. At $1.00/day, these are priced on the high side, even for extra strength ACV gummies. I feel these are effective and are made with quality ingredients. Therefore, I would still recommend these, but feel there are probably cheaper options available.

So, first things first — I can’t speak as to the medical value of ACV; I’ve tried it, and I seem to get some positive results that only seem to persist so long as a I take it on a regular basis. Your Mileage May Vary.
That said, these DO seem to convey the expected results; I was off of ACV for about 2 weeks before these arrived, and I saw the side effects of not taking it, then watched them go away, as I took these.
There are two notable things about these I should mention. The first is the taste… These are the first ACV gummies that actually made me think of Apple! Specifically, they have a taste that reminds me of the apple cider I used to get from an orchard, when I was a kid. You’d think all ACV gummies would do that, but most of them have some flavoring that seems to override the taste, and all you get is the Vinegar tang — these really taste like apple cider, and I end up sucking on them, slowly, instead of chewing and swallowing, like I do with many others.
The second point is less positive; they are sold as Keto ACV gummies.. but the serving size gives you 5 carbs, which is a bit heavy, for Keto. (I do a fairly strict version, with a max of 20 carbs/day, so these are 1/4 of my total carbs.)
If you aren’t on as strict a version of Keto, or are just willing to spend 5 carbs on them — they give you the ACV benefits, and taste good.

Smelling the container full of gummies is not promising. It has the aroma of fruity vinegar, and everybody in my household seems averse to trying them. Once you actually taste one, though, it’s a different story. The dominant flavor is “apples”, with a bit of tartness. The sugar is doing good work to keep these supplements palatable, even if that makes them much less Keto-friendly than the packaging would lead you to believe.
Can I speak to the effects of apple cider vinegar in a diet? Absolutely not. Can I say that I’ve been taking a couple of these a day for the past month with no problems? Yes. Once or twice every day, I remember these sitting in the supplements drawer. I get a little treat, and maybe the beet powder will help my body stay young and alive. What more can we ask?

I think this is an easy way to get a daily supplement of apple cider vinegar, and other nutrients. The positives, apart from the fairly clean ingredients listed, I would say that the taste is pretty decent. I could take these for the long term as they don’t have any weird tastes, during or afterwards.
The texture is as expected for a gummy; they are neither too soft or too hard. Right in the middle. The taste has a slight bitterness from the ACV, but that is to be expected.
This product is vegan, so that is something worth mentioning also, as many products will use gelatin, which is animal-based.

I like this product! For what is included, I do think it is a great deal. It is about $15 per bottle. I would recommend this product for people who do not like to drink ACV. This can be a good alternate option for this demographic.
