This is a healthy diet supplement, a health product. Please note that it is not a medicine. It contains high concentrations of kava pepper, ashwagandha, lemon balm, and valerian root, which can promote immunity and overall health, and it does not contain alcohol. After trying it, it seems to be somewhat effective, but it needs to be tried for a longer period of time if you have similar sub-health problems. Recommended for trial

On the plus side, it taste delicious (LOL) and at least it wasn’t too expensive, unless you consider that you’ve just overpaid for sugar water. I just noticed that all of the positive reviews are from Vine users that got the product for free. That explains a lot. Does nothing.

I was a bit worry about the taste because of the complicated vegan content as I had experience with similar product. This one has a pretty good taste of strawberry that is very easy to consume. Overall I can tell the noticeable improvement on the health with more energy during the daily activities and improved sleep quality.

Kava Root provides a natural way to relieve the stresses that make our lives difficult. This extract also has Ashwagandha, Valerian Root and Lemon balm. Other herbs and natural products that can help relax and reduce anxiety. In addition, included in the extract are Vitamins B6 and C, Magnesium, Passionflower and Schisandra. You can use the dropper to shoot the dose directly into your mouth, or add it to your drink. There are volume markings on the dropper to give you the desired dosage. I was worried that taking it directly would be bitter, especially since Kava on its own is fairly strong tasting. Instead, you get a tasty fruit flavor. This then helps for fastest update, when you put it the extract under your tongue for a minute before swallowing.

I’ve been taking this Lukaree Kava Kava Root Extract Supplement (2 pack) for over a month and I find it to be effective and easy to take. It arrived well-sealed and both bottles have a “Best By” date of 4/2026. The 1 ml recommended dosage is easy to measure because of the measurement marks on the dropper. The flavor is good and I have not experienced any negative side effects. Usually I’d give a liquid supplement like this 4 stars, but it really has exceeded my expectations. I love the combo of ingredients (Kava Kava, Ashwagandha, Lemon Balm Extract, etc. PLUS Vitamins B6, C and Magnesium). The ingredients work really well together to help me feel calmer. I also appreciate that there’s no added sweeteners or preservatives.
One small note of caution for people who have never taken Kava Kava Root Extract before: The first time you take it, there’s a possibility it might make you sleepy. This supplement made me feel a little drowsy the first time, but since then it has only been calming. I can even take it during my workday without any problems with my focus or energy level.

This has a combination of natural calming ingredients. The main active ingredients would be Kava, Ashwagandha, and Valerian Root. It would be nice to know what the extracts are standardized to. It has a nice strawberry flavor that some may find a bit too sweet. It has some nice calming effects and also helps me sleep. The dropper is graded so you can easily and accurately measure dosage. It only pulls up about half a ml at a time.
I think the price is good for a two pack. I like that they use GMP manufacturing standards, but 3rd party testing would be ideal.

It’s an interesting effect when I take it. I get energized but not jittery & yet I feel stable & relaxed at the same time. It’s interesting for sure.
I’ll stay on this one. It’s ORGANIC , which means alot to me & it gives good dosing for it’s nutrients.
The price is very good as well. It’s rare I take to a formula like this one, but I have & can recommend it!!
