   We are very satisfied with this product. It helps to bring us to a good, restful nights sleep . It doesn’t upset the stomach, no side effects. During the day if life gets stressful, I just slowly chew a ashwagandha gel and receive the benefits of calmness. They are pleasantly tasting with no after taste. Can help elevate depression, anxiety and blood pressure. We use it for the calming effects.

   These gummies were good for the price and tasted great. However, I do prefer some other brands such as the Goli brand. Nonetheless, I would purchase these again in the future due to their affordability and the fact that they worked sufficiently for me.

   Ashwaghanda is a great overall supplement that benefits many areas of the body and provides a general sense of well being. I have been taking 2 of these gummies everyday for over several months now. They have helped keep my stress levels more even. I seem to have more energy and better sleep.
   This 2 pack of gummies is priced well and tastes fine. No lingering aftertaste. I have not noticed any side effects from taking these gummies. I would say they are well worth trying. You can even start with 1 gummy each day and slowly increase to 2 gummies if there is concern about any side effects.. but I have never experienced any side effects. This is a supplement worth trying.

   I love this product since I started taking Ashwagandha. I like that it’s low dose so I take more when I need to and tastes great! Other brands are way too high MGs so I feel a negative affect when I forget to take them.
   I take one during the day and one and night and really gets me motivated and ready for the day. I seriously recommend and give some to my friends and family. I have it on subscription at this point coming every 2 months. If you want something not strong or just a little pep in your step; i highly recommend this product!

   they taste alright and they’re less sugary and sticky than goli. also cheaper and overall i prefer this dosage. they help with sleep in terms of dozing off quicker when i take two before bed or during the day. i’d definitely buy again once i’m out
