I cannot medically verify just yet if this Mullein Leaf is actually improving my lungs but I have been taking it daily based on its claim to cleanse your lungs. I feel like it is working because it seems I don’t get winded as fast as I normally would and I’m not coughing much anymore. I feel like I breathe better. The real determination will be next month when I have my lab work done. My previous lab work showed my oxygen level lower than they should be and something else related to my lungs was abnormal so I’m expecting to see improvement in those numbers. I will definitely update the review at that time. For now, I enjoy the taste of the Mullein Leaf, and as previously stated I seem to breathe better and also move around much longer before becoming winded. I attribute all of that to the Mullein Leaf. I recommended this to a friend who smokes and she purchased her first bottle. We plan to compare notes. This is a thumbs up for me.

While I don’t have any respiratory issues, I liked the blend of herbs in this generally and had heard good things about mullein leaf. I think it tastes good, it’s sweet because it’s a glycerite and also no alcohol. I take about 1 full dropper a day. I don’t know whether it’s just a placebo effect or what but I do seem to breathe cleaner and clearer, things also smell crisper. I also haven’t had any colds or other congestion, again that could just be coincidence but I feel like this is helping to strengthen my respiratory system overall. You always should check for any drug interactions before taking any herbal remedies but seems good so far.

First, If your on any meds, you should consult your Dr before taking any supplements. Some have mentioned they received a 2 pack, mine was only 1. The taste is actually good and mixes well with water, but mostly I do the drops right on my tongue. It has not caused any weird side effects like shaking, feeling of vomiting, headaches or death etc! Living in a house that just seems to suck in the dust by truck loads, I am very concerned about the inhalation of all these particulates. My breathing has been a little easier [I have added air purifiers/filters though also] and I do feel a little more energetic since the drops were began..

I ordered this Mullein liquid supplement from Amazon and decided to give it a try. The packaging was secure, and the dropper is easy to use, so it is pretty simple to measure out the recommended dosage.
Plus, I like that the formula doesn’t contain alcohol and came with a concentrated blend of different herbs, which was one of the main reasons I wanted to give it a shot. The flavor is mild and not too overwhelming, which I appreciate since I was a bit concerned it might be strong.
