I am borderline anemic and don’t eat a lot of iron-rich foods. I struggle to keep my iron levels up naturally and find that I do better with a supplement like this one. I was so excited to try this supplement as iron is typically very hard on my stomach and causes other issues, but I did not experience any side effects with these gummies! I always take the gummies with a meal or a snack to minimize upsetting my stomach and was delighted that I did not feel anything after taking them!
The iron absorbs better with vitamin C so it is wonderful that these are combined together into 2 easy-to-chew gummies. They also include Vitamins A, B6 & B12. The gummies taste delicious and I love the pineapple flavor. These gummies are more of a sweet treat than a daily does of vitamin and I enjoy taking them. The recommended dose is 2 gummies a day and there are 60 inside the bottle so it is a 1-month supply. That is a great value and I love that this is not only effective, but affordable!

I figured these vitamins would taste good since they’re supposed to be “pineapple” flavored, but they have a type of fishy after-taste, that I must mix my other vitamins in my mouth with just to try and mask that taste, yuk!!! I won’t purchase these again.
