I usually just use these drops in with my juice or protein shake in the morning and luckily these drops don’t cause either to have a weird or disgusting taste to it. Not to mention, it doesn’t just float to the top but rather mixes in very well with whatever I’m drinking. On the dropper, it does have markings on it so I know how much to put in my drinks too. You can also just drop this straight into your mouth but I prefer mixing it into something I’m already going to drink. It does say pineapple flavor but I personally don’t taste it. While I haven’t noticed any physical changes on the outside, I can say that since using these drops, I am more regular as far as bowel movements. Sometimes I would go 1-2 days without having one but now its a lot more regular and this is the only thing I’ve changed in my diet. These also last a good while too. It’s been just under a month and I’m still on the first bottle.
